Room was really clean, staff was very helpful and professional. We lost our cat while at the hotel and staff helped look for her during our time there. We unfortunately had to leave the next day without our cat but the staff stated they'd give us a call if they found her. After a week we received the call from the staff they had found our cat and was taking care of her until we could travel back. I can't thank the staff enough for their caring and taking care of our pet until we came to get her.

Nothing bad about my experience, great stay during our visit.

Breakfast was good, worth eating in and not having to go out.

The ice machine never had any ice in the morning when we needed some. Not even enough to fill up our cups. Also, the parking lot is always filled with inconsiderate people, taking up more than one spot, crossing the lines, pulling trailers and using several spots instead of parking in the back or side, etc., this is always a major pet peeve of mine!!

Of all the hotels in the area,I came home for a funeral, and upon speaking with Miss Brenda Gail at the front desk ,she knew my family, she offered me condolences ,and made me feel right at home. I also spoke with a member of the housekeeping staff named Lisa U who also knew my family, she was amazing as well. This was a perfect stay! This Comfort Inn was awesome: my stay there was incredible!

The hotel staff were very nice and professional! The hotel was very clean. It was convenient to lots of places to eat as well as a shopping mall.....these were all in walking distance! The breakfast was very well organized and the staff kept everything full. There was plenty of seating! They even had a wine bottle opener for my wine that evening 😁

The HVAC did not work correctly and the room was very hot and stuffy. The beds were so firm, it felt like it was a plywood box. I actually checked to make sure there was an actual mattress. The outlets in the room were wired so only the bottom plug worked, so we were constantly unplugging lamps to charge devices for our trip

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. We were stranded for 4 days due to a car problem, and staff was solicitous and helpful. The room was comfortable, breakfast was good and food service staff were great. Cleaning staff did a great job. kudos to Jamie and Tracy.

The location was great but a little confusing to find it. Once we got there we liked it a lot. Happy to have the shuttle service to the airport. The room was large and very comfortable. Had a dog-friendly room and that was a huge bonus.

Didn't have hot water for shower. It was barely luke warm. Great shower head though. Would have like 2 chairs in the room and a table that could be moved to play games on.

In the morning, the shower wouldn't get quite hot enough. Maybe it was being on the fourth floor or the change of seasons in Fall?
