the location was perfect. Surrounded by a grocery store, food places, dollar general, all that you can walk to. The pool was clean and a nice size. Taylor and Amber and the front desk were so polite and helpful. We did not need our room cleaned but the housekeeping were very friendly when I asked to replace towels each day. We are traveling back in October we will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was a floop. I expected more choices. Needed more juice selections. Milk would have been a good selection. How about adding eggs and bacon and more choices of fruit. Some people do not want yogurt or pancakes.

My room was great although I needed more pillows that supported my neck and back. Pillows were too soft.

The staff was very friendly and nice. They answered all of my questions and was very helpful. The hotel was near other stores and restaurants so there was easy access.

There was a smell that I was unsure as to where it came from every time that we entered the room. The side door didn’t work therefore we had to come in the front and walk all the way to the other side just to get to our room until we discovered we could go in and out the back door.

When we arrived the desk clerk was so friendly and helpful. We entered our room and it was already warm in our room. The room was spacious and very clean and comfortable. Our beds were very comfortable.

Didn't like having to leave! Also, my 4 yr old wished there were an indoor pool. It would be nice if there were more activities for younger children around.

I smelled a smoke smell in the room, although it is a non smoking hotel, but the room was very clean. It was very expensive as there was an event in the area, although we were only passing through for the night.

When i visited the property in 2019 the breakfast was much better. This time, only a paperbag with a muffin and OJ dispenser did not work. However the coffee was hot!

I felt bad that in spite of the renovations, the craftsmenship was shoddy at best, we needed to move two times because the bathroom doors did not close or stay shut due to poor carpenty work.

They double charged my card. And they took a long time to return my money. I had to call every day.

Bed and room was comfortable

Price was high,breakfast was gone at 7:45am and no one was there to refill

All staff so nice. I wa there for son in law funeral. All staff paid their condolences and where very nice and helpful throughout the stay.

The fact of why I was there staying with them. Funerals, fun rest don’t go together. Only reason I sad unhappy was reason I was there at your motel. All else wonderful.

In town for family event. First time staying here. I have no complaints regarding my hotel visit I did like that my room was very clean, comfortable and AC was working The remodeling was done well. The lobby was inviting as you walked in.

This is not a complaint as more of a personal choice, the toilet paper was cheap. I don’t like cheap tissue of any kind
