Very pleasant young lady at the front desk. My room was very clean and bed comfortable. Location is great. Right off the I95 and in addition, there are two gas stations and other facilities to get a bite to eat or to purchase snacks.

The temperature adjustment knob on the refrigerator was broken off but the refrigerator itself worked well. Also, the handheld control for the tv appeared to need batteries but there were none available at the front desk

This hotel provided exactly what we needed, a clean, quiet and comfortable place to rest overnight and a little bit of breakfast to get us going in the morning. Everything functioned as it should - good water pressure in the shower, a comfortable bed, a functioning television and decent internet speed. The breakfast hostess kept everything stocked and clean and gave us a nice welcome.

The breakfast bar was skimpy and the coffee was pretty bad.

We stayed in a room for the handicapped. I don't believe we asked for this, but it was okay anyway. It was spacious, clean and quiet. The breakfast was nothing special, but there was plenty of good coffee.

The breakfast was busy but good. The rooms were clean and our stay was nice and quiet and pleasant.

They only coded our key card for one night, so when we came in for the second night we had to go back to the desk to get it re-coded. Also, our room smelled like smoke.

Very convenient, just off the I-95, within striking distance of Dulles airport (though do allow extra hours for traffic / hold-ups). The staff were friendly and helpful and the bed huge and comfortable.

The decor is a little tired and the breakfast was ok but not a high standard.

The entrance was clean with a small lobby area. They offered breakfast and for the price it was a large selection.

The bathroom door and main door to the room took a little effort to close. The tissue dispenser was rusted over and really needs to be replaced but again for the price it was excellent.

Great assortment of choices for breakfast! The Staff was great! The rooms are quiet and spacious! The location gives great Quick access to Interstate 95! Stores, Gas stations, and restaurants are close by!

We have stayed at this hotel several times as we travel the I95 corridor several times a year from NY to FL. The hotel is usually clean both the room and the outside grounds and is quite well kept. We will continue to use this facility as long as upkeep and room cleanliness is maintained.

Clean, great location near I-95, surprisingly quiet. Large back yard for dogs, kids, etc.

Cheap mattress, somewhat uncomfortable. Dry breakfast sausage patties, but nice that breakfast was included.
