The front desk attendant was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and very polite...it was very quiet,had a nice Mexican restaurant conjoined. .. I will stay there again .no complaints on the establishment.

When I booked my room with booking.com . the room rate was advertised at $48..00 .So I processed to book the RM . Somehow the rate changed , before I could finish with my information.It went up to 79.99.with tax including...Then after I submitted I needed to get in touch with booking no way to talk to anyone just a chat.need to improve ways to communicate besides texting and chatting.some people can not use technology...

I was hesitant about booking this hotel, given the reviews. However, I absolutely LOVED my stay here!! The room was very clean and spacious. The beds were crazy comfortable. I extended my stay and wanted to stay in the same room. I ran into the owner in the parking lot and asked her if that was acceptable. She asked me for my name and told me that she'd take care of it. I went into the office the next day to verify, and it was already taken care of, like she said. All the staff were great! I did request daily maid service upon arrival, so I had fresh linens every day. To my surprise, they also fully changed my bed linens as well. I was only expecting the bed to be made. It was a welcomed surprise because we tracked sand in a lot. I will definitely be staying here again. Side note: I live locally, and this was a staycation for me.

The people next to me had very rowdy young children who were either screaming or stomping around.

It was close to where we needed to be, the staff were really cool, nice, and respectful. Yes, it’s not 4/5 star but the room was clean, bed comfortable, it was safe, elevator worked, door key worked, staff really chill. I wasn’t looking for the Taj Mahal I was looking for a safe, affordable, and appropriate living space for a few days. With that in mind, it was perfect for me, my family, and our basketball program.

The stairwell near the elevator could use a little smell improvement, but that’s it!

The staff was delightful and always willing to help. I felt like a guest rather than an intruder. The room was comfortable and clean! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the parking lot and swimming pool area. I had a comfortable and safe feeling staying there. ++Plus The beach is within walking distance and just far enough from the busy VA beach. Highly recommend, Will stay there again.

I had to go to work the next day and couldn't enjoy a day at the beach.Lol

The property was very clean and updated. Front desk staff was very friendly and extremely accommodating. They informed me if a fantastic FREE uber service provided by the city of VA Beach, and it worked like a charm! The pool was huge and 8 feet deep! Mosaic tiles trimmed the perimeter. Beds super comfy and clean. No bugs! Such a good value for the money. I saved at least $300-400 by staying with them on the July 4th holiday weekend. Yummy new Mexican restaurant next door! The front desk lady was AMAZING! I will definitely be back this summer!

It was easy to walk to the beach about 5 blocks away so we did not have to pay extra to park. The value for the price was exceptional, I spent about 20% of what it would have cost to be directly on the beach. The neighborhood felt safe all the way to the beach. Easy to find right near the convention center. The staff were very friendly and I felt like I was important to them.

It could have been a little cleaner but I was still thrilled with the value. It was clean enough just maybe a little more eye to detail. A little dust under the table, crumbs on the chairs, otherwise it was fine.

The location was great! Staff was friendly. Freevee in the area took us where we needed to go free of charge (drivers maintain through tips). The pool was clean and open at reasonable times. Mexican restaurant connected to the lobby provided dinner for the evening. Overall, a good experience.

The only complaint I'd have is there were only 2 pillows per bed and the bathroom door was hard to close, as well as it locked from the inside. My family has a habit of closing the door behind them, so it locked on us several times we needed to hack our way back in.

Location was great for the event we were in town for. The room seemed clean and had everything it said it would (tv, mini fridge, microwave). The staff were friendly and helpful! For a budget hotel it met all expectations

The bed frame seemed to have debris from prior guests; one mattress had a mattress protector on it but it had holes in it, and the other didn't have one at all. The beds did seem clean, but having the mattress a little better protected would have felt better.

Only real issue is housekeeping. There was used soap in my shower/tub…its a common problem w every 2nd or 3rd tier hotel in Virginia Beach, even franchises…none of the housekeeping clean bathrooms properly it would seem…its been the #1 issue w everywhere that I’ve stayed…dirty tub/showers…seems to be the case in places that dont have teams of housekeeping or a supervisor to double check rooms…I have been in the hotel business and housekeeping is the lynchpin to repeat business…I’ll likely stay here again, its just gross when one is drawing a bath and then sees that the tub and shower werent really cleaned

Staff were nice, couldn't have asked for more friendlier and helpful people in a new and unfamiliar place. Even the other guest were extremely nice. Room was clean and beds were comfy, the damn a.c. worked great, ours about froze us out. The pool was amazing especially after a day at the beach, the water was the perfect temp we actually took a day and just stayed pool side.

You don't realize how far half a mile from the beach is until you get there. Not that it's far just a struggle loading and unloading with kids then finding parking and having to pay for that a mo mom
