Checkin and checkout was smooth. Employees were friendly and remembered us. Having the convention center next door another plus. Rooms were comfortable and a good size. Restaurant inside was very good, a bit pricy.

Minor quibble, there were two conventions happening at the same time, having the very loud sports teams across from us was annoying, but not stay ruining.

I liked that bottled water was available for free; didn't quite like the fact that it seemed to be an issue when we requested additional bottles. We enjoyed the pool area and the hotel was fairly quiet; despite hearing the conversations of the guests in the other room.

Breakfast staff was nit the mist efficient. The manager was great, but staff needs improvement. The breakfast area qas quite messy. No room service available. When we called the restaurant for sodas the restaurant staff hung up; quite rude. I did not like that I could hear the alarm in the next room which woke me up before I wanted to. Beds were made but no fresh towels were provided.

I liked the location of the property. It was near the convention center and it was just an easy 3 minutes walk to get there. I also the restaurant staff was exceptional and very friendly.

I didn’t realize this was a pet hotel and we were placed on the third floor where pets were allowed. A dog down the hall barked for hours and hours and drove us crazy. I will ask for a different floor if we stay here again.

Location was a huge plus. But the restaurant in the hotel was very convenient. Also loved having a pool for some recreation and little snack/shop area in the lobby for things we needed last minute.

I wish that breakfast was complimentary free of charge.

Very clean and rooms were excellent. They had a coffee maker and everything necessary. Shampoo conditioner and body wash was provided.

No microwave in rooms I had to go all the way to the lobby. Also did not have any washing or drying machines in the hotel. The area for the pool was very hot.

For the price I was expecting more space in my room.. Messaging the rooms was small. No microwave in the room which I thought it had one. Nice area peace and outside because we're could here the next room talking all not. Overall I would stay again. It WAS REAL CLEAN

It was walking distance to the beach which was nice to save on gas for a few days. Enjoyed that the pool also opened up during part of our stay and we were able to enjoy that. Boyfriend enjoyed the drinks downstairs. Staff was nice. One gentleman recommended Sweet Spot to us and before we left we tried it. If he sees this, it was 10/10, thank you!

Lacked a good view (could only see the apartments across the way) and our room must've been next to the electrical room because we kept hearing somewhat concerning noises in the walls when there were no guest rooms on that side. Staff was nice overall, but there was one lady who we didn't think was too nice and saved any conversation for when she wasn't there.

The staff all had smiles and were so friendly. The bed was super comfy and clean. Shower was spacious and clean. I asked for more cookies at the end of our stay and they gladly handed us over some.

I will say my Husband and I were only there for a night, he mentioned the AC unit being a little loud but it didn’t ruin our sleep.

I enjoyed the bar downstairs and my kids loved the pool.

I dislike the fact that I could’ve been sleeping in a room where a dog could possibly stayed.

The staff are so friendly and professional. The cookies are wonderful. The hotel is very clean and the rooms are clean and very attractive. Bathrooms and Beds are perfect!

There is nothing that bothered us at all!
