I LOVE the layout of the property. I also like the way the rooms are fashioned- sitting space, sleeping space, and kitchen area.

My only complaint is that the mattress on the pull out couch is so thin that the metal could be felt through it. A possible solution (since a thicker mattress is not an option) is the placement of a durable lining beneath mattress and over the metal.

We liked that it was very clean. Even though it was showing an wooden floor in the photos when I booked the room (which was the main reason I booked with them)it was a carpeted room. But was completely surprised to see there is no smell in the room or entire hotel. I loved the fact that it was smelling clean when you were entering inside. We loved the layout of the room, the kitchen kind of tight for 2 people in there but it worked. Some of the utensils are missing but I arranged myself (I mashed potatoes with the fork), there wasn’t a frying pan but I asked for one and they gave me a new one, everything worked great in the kitchen. The fridge is full size and perfectly working, freezer also. The bathroom had a tub faucet problem but was solved immediately when asked, the tub has some flaws but it’s not affecting it’s use. The couch mattress was new, still in the bag, the bed was comfortable, the towels very good quality and so white/clean. We liked the fact they didn’t enter in our rooms without asking for the whole time we were there. They are not cleaning the rooms while you’re inside but they are providing everything you’re asking. There is a washer and dryer on the floor, new models, free, which was great for the wet stuff from the beach. Also a vending machine and ice machine on the floor. We also loved it was quiet, even though the hotel was full it was so quiet. No noises from the top or adjacent rooms. It is close to the beach and to everything needed. The staff was so gentle beside one person who I found to be not interested in helping. We booked for 9 nights and in the last 2 days we decided to stay one more night because we love Virginia Beach and we liked the hotel. So I asked her if she can book me another night, she looked in the computer literally 2 seconds and she said they’re fully booked in the upcoming days. So I went in the room and I checked on Booking.com where it was showing they have available rooms.

Is nothing I could say that I really didn’t like but there can be some improvement also in bathroom and kitchen utensils.

The studio was cute and the kitchen fully equipped! It was a 5 min walk to the beach and they offer beach towels. It is walking distance to many restaurants, bars and souvenir stores.

The bed was not comfortable and the pillows were the worst I have ever used in my life. The PM/EVE staff tried to help with this but she was swamped and although she said she’d give better pillows she never did. Also, we were there 4 days: the first 2, the pool was so murky we didn’t want to venture going in (even tho it was raining one of these days); the last 2 the pool was closed got maintenance. Oh the hot tub was closed the whole time.

The location was nice and the rooms are great would love to come again❤️❤️

I got bit by a spider while sleeping and woke up Sunday with my ear swole and sore.

The location was perfect. It was only a block from the beach. I loved that we could walk to touristy shops, walk to the beach, walk to a few really good local (not big brand) coffee shops, and walk to the bus so we could get to more not-so-touristy areas. We stumbled across a Saturday art street fair, which was unexpected snd fun. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The facilites were clean and when we ran out of supplies the staff was quick to respond. I love that there was a laundry room with a huge washer and dryer which gave us the option to pack light and do a load of laundry half-way through our trip.

The wifi sucked. Our decives and the room tv would not stay connected and kept glitching. The microwave plate did not fit the microwave and we had to take it out to heat up our food. And there was only one itty bitty peek-a-boo view of the beach. Or of anything for that matter. For being a top floor corner room facing the beach, there could have been a bigger window in the bedroom and a window in the living room. Looking at the design of the building, none of the rooms had much of a view of anything, but especiallt being in the corner facing the beach, it had the opportunity to have had an awesome view if the developers had paid attention to that when building it.

Was within walking distance to a lot of things

I didn't like that the room picture showed hardwood floors and that was the main reason we booked there and the room we had was actually carpeted

The Beds were amazingly comfortable! Unfortunately there was no breakfast offered but because of the accommodations we made our own. The room had some minor defects such as shower handle falling off or curtains damaged but other than that the room was great!!

The pool could have been bigger for sure. There could have been breakfast or something small available. The TV situation was a bit wonky. They advertise cable TV however it was just simply a digital antenna for both bedroom and living area. We couldn’t get the same channels on both TV’s. My partner and I being huge sports fans was a bit of a disappointment as we really just wanted to relax in the room.

THE ROOM CONDITION WAS GREAT, THE APPLIANCES WERE GREAT, HE CLEANLINESS WAS GOOD. REALLY LIKED THE VIEW. THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THE FLATWARE DRAWER THAT IT SEEMED SOMEONE HAD ATTEMTED TO FIX, BUT DID NOT SUCCESSFULLY.

THE BASEBOARD AREAS OF THE ROOMS WERE NOT CLEANED, DUSTY. DISH TV KEPT GOING IN AND OUT, WAS ONLY ABLE TO WATCH TV ABOUT 50% O THE TIME WERE TRIED TO. THE SOFA BED WAS UNCOMFORTABLE,, NEEDED MORE PADDING.
