Location was perfect. Short walk to the beach. Staff went above and beyond during my stay. Wonderful place to stay.

Elevator was a bit scary.

I loved the room 301! It was huge and spacious. The big bed had enough space for me and my husband. It was only like a 10min walk from the motel to the beach. :D I will definitely be back soon! The personal were really nice and let is check in early and the guy that checked us out was really helpful too! Me and my family enjoyed our stay and whenever we come to VA beach (5 years) we always stay here.

Everything went well except that room 302 had a bizarre sour smell but it wasn’t too strong and after a few minutes or so you wouldn’t notice it lol but i didn’t have any problems with the other 2 rooms and all 3 of them were very clean! :)

I loved everything about this hotel. We had rooms 510 and 511 as we had family in with us. The rooms were very clean and spacious and comfortable. The staff was awesome and made sure we didn't need anything. They were very accommodating to my mother in law, even when they were working on the elevator. It's right in the middle of everything and never really had to move our car, everything was walking distance. And the pool was great. I will definitely be coming back to this hotel everytime we come to VA beach!!!!

The room was good. Loved that it had an actual kitchen we could cook in! And had a table to sit down and eat at. Or play cards. Was able to hang out on the couch and watch tv. Felt more like being at home instead of a hotel.

I wish the kitchen had cookware and utensils. We did have to buy a few things for that. And possibly a few more hangers for the closet area. But wasn’t bad at all.

The staff made the experience. They were so nice. They interacted in a friendly manner with everyone. It was so refreshing. And the location was great, only about 3 blocks from the beach, which is just far enough away from the noise and craziness of the strip. Room was huge and pool was great. Good for families due to room size and there were lots of kids around for my kid to make friends with.

The facilities could use some major upgrades and everything could use a coat of paint. There were random open trashcans in the halls and a busted toilet in the stairwell that someone definitely had been using for its original purpose. There were some broken tiles and some interesting stains in the bathroom. But honestly for the price, it was good. We had a nice stay.

The staff was exceptionally friendly and easy to work with. The beds were insanely comfortable and we didn't upgrade rooms because they were so comfortable! The location is perfect and close to everything.

The building is old and could use some upgrades but nothing that would keep me from booking again.

Staff was very friendly and got us in early.

It was a little old and outdated and it had a musty smell in the room and water pressure in shower wasn't great.. there was no TV in the bedroom so we moved the matress to living room on the sofa bed.

The place was comfortable and roomy, walking distance to the strip (stores) and the beach. Beds were comfortable. No complaints.

There was only 1 hanger provided in our room so we couldn’t hang anything up. Not a major deal. Kitchenette only had a stove top, no oven. That could have been my oversight.

The suite/rooms were much more spacious than I anticipated which was great for myself and 3 daughters. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating! Easy 3 block walk to the beach and boardwalk was great!

The room did have a bit of an odor, probably due to carpeted floors at a humid, beach location. Light switches and outlets were not in the most accessible locations.

we got there early they said we can check in early our room was not ready they call me. I bought my elderly cousin she got overheated and when back sit in lobby wait Chantel running the front desk was worried about her put her in room not being use. I’m so impressed that someone cares so much about her guest love that place and love her and the staff. cleaning staff was friendly ask if we needed anything everyone so helpful
