The room was attractive, clean, and comfortable; the decor was fitting for this historic, early 20th century hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the historic areas of Winchester by foot; it's walking distance from many of the historic sites and from a number of good restaurants. There is a surface parking lot and parking deck adjacent to the rear of the building for hotel guests with accessible access to the building.

Although the lobby is small with some soft seating, not the generous size one often expects to see in a grand hotel, there is a generous sized, attractive bar area with seating adjacent to the lobby.

The location was perfect, and very walkable. Everything was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. This is the nicest room, that I've ever stayed in. The jacuzzi tub was big enough for 2 people, had multiple jet settings, and color changing lights. There were bath robes in the closet, and the whole weekend felt like a spa retreat. I would definitely recommend this hotel, and will be staying here again, for sure.

There wasn't much that I didn't like. There was a $15 parking fee for the hotel, which I didn't know about, but we parked in the parking garage, right next door, which cost more. You pay by the hour or day. The hotel parking fee was waived, but it would be nice to know this ahead of time.

Our room was amazing! We stayed in a Junior Suite with a fireplace and hot tub. I have never seen a more beautiful bathroom, and the fireplace in the living room made the atmosphere very cozy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I loved that the hotel had a 1920s theme to its architectural design. The place was stunning everywhere you looked.

The only problem I had was that the food at the restaurant wasn't always prepared well. My fiance ordered a steak, which was tough and dry. Otherwise, considering we were there during inclimate weather, the rest of our stay was very enjoyable.

The beds are so comfortable with fluffy pillows, the room was very clean, the hotel was pretty, and the location was fantastic where you could walk to everything. Also, parking was easy and the staff was nice!

At first I thought the window was a little small for the room, but I understand it is a historic building so that's what you get! I do wish the window had the option of opening, but I appreciate the soundprooing.

Nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. Spacious bathroom with nice decor and fixtures. There was music in the lounge and coffee in the lobby. Unique pool and jacuzzi.

It overlooks abandoned parking lot so don’t count on views. Hopefully that will change soon. Our room was close to the elevator, which proved to be very noisy. Elevator definitely needs some improvements.

It’s perfectly located to lots of great things to do! Staff was wonderful and my room was clean. Beds were the most comfortable I have ever stayed in!

The whole area shut down on July 4th, and the hotel didn’t have anything there to accommodate the lack of local services. Guests need to eat, and the hotel should’ve been better connected to let guests know that and perhaps provide a small continental breakfast or something. I picked this location due to its proximity to shopping and dining within walking distance, and had no idea those services would not be available for half my stay. I was bummed.

The location in downtown Winchester is perfect. There was plenty of affordable parking. The ambience of the historic hotel was charming and the staff was very friendly and helpful. There are 2 restaurants on site. We only had breakfast there and it was very good. We would definitely stay there again.

My only complaint is that I prefer for the toilet in the bathroom to have a lid.

The room was perfect and spacious. It was very clean and luxurious. The bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the rain shower and massage heads from the wall.

When checking in I was not provided with information about breakfast, dinner, or even room service. I had to ask when I noticed that the lady before me was given the information without prompting. It would have been nice not to have to ask for the facility's information.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel restaurants were delicious and the service was impeccable. The spa pool was very unique in design, luxurious feeling, and never crowded. This hotel felt like it would break the bank, but allowed us to explore the area without having to dedicate a bulk of our budget to our lodging.

There was nothing to dislike.

Lovely clean, spacious room and we loved the pool. Excellent breakfast on the morning we left in the hotel restaurant. Front desk staff was helpful in answering questions and meeting requests. Convenient location in the heart of historic Winchester and 2 blocks from Old Town pedestrian mall.

We did not know restaurant was closed on Monday and Tuesday and had to leave the hotel to find other meal options. we had planned on eating more meals at the hotel or doing room service.
