The breakfast was top notch. Coffee and tea are available 24/7 in the lobby. Easy drive to the Franconia/Smithfield Metro Station. Bathroom was large and handicap bars were installed around the tub/shower

I was charges an extra $25 when I paid for the room. I was told this would be refunded after I checked out. Staff did not know answers to questions about the Metro or liquor laws. There was an electrical room just outside of our bathroom. A moderately loud hum was heard in our bathroom, which I assume came from the electrical room.

I loved the room being spacious. The queen beds were very comfortable and the TV was large and had many channels available. The room itself was directly across the elevator and very quiet. There was complimentary tea and coffee and a single Keurig coffee maker. The bathroom was large and accommodating. This hotel was conveniently located near the Amtrak station which was the reason for my wife and I booked it. Staff was friendly and courteous.

If I had to find one thing wrong with the room was In the bathroom, by the sink, the faucet was lose and felt like it could pop off, but it held up fine.

The location is beautiful but, breakfast is poor, for the price per night . The scrambled eggs looks horrible it wasn’t appetizing, and the batter for the waffle is not good enough. Came down for breakfast round about 09.00am there was hardly anything hot serving in the warmer. I cannot pay for breakfast then I didn’t have it. But the cleanliness of the hotel is excellent. Live the hygiene side of it. Please improve on your breakfast. That’s what give any human being the starting fuel for the day.

Location was right off highway, room was spotless, beds very comfy, heat/ ac system was easy to regulate good breakfast with lots of choices

Limited # of Towels which were a little scratchy Shower fixtures were a bit confusing was only able to get both hand held & overhead on together but plenty hot & good pressure Maybe some directions? A slight humming electrical noice on & off more pronounced in the bathroom Room was next to an electrical closet & not far from elevator so not sure of the source It didn’t keep us up more like a white noise but a little distracting when the room was quiet

Decent hotel for travellers. The room was pretty nice and comfy. We stayed with 2 adults and a kid in a room with 2x queen beds. It was spacious enough, beds were comfortable. Standard quality place to stay overnight near a highway.

Typical American breakfast - not too much choice. Scrambled eggs, waffles, cupcakes, yoghurt, oatmeal and cereals. Awful coffee totally diluted but that's what you unfortunately get in most of the places. Not much to complain about.

Great location. It’s clean and the staff is always friendly. We have family nearby that we travel from Nevada to see and we always stay here. Even when the family stopped by to visit, the staff was welcoming to them. That’s what makes a difference between this place and others. Beds are comfy and the rooms are spacious. A previous time we stayed our daughter was having issue with her laptop and had to be online for class, they had no problems with her hanging out downstairs to attend her class where she had better service. This meant a lot as she’s in nursing school and could not miss any classes even while out of town.

Stayed one night. Room was clean, shower was hot, tv had lots of channels to watch. Staff was friendly and breakfast was nice. Quiet location and did not hear many other guest in the other rooms. Very pleasant stay. Would definitely stay here again. Price was compatible to other hotels in area.

Food location not within a walking distance.

I appreciated the hotel's efforts to provide a breakfast, without being able to hold a full buffet because of COVID concerns. The bed was amazing, the suite clean and spacious. The property was clean and well kept.

My room needed at least one more lamp, if not two. The shower was also oddly designed so you couldn't stand out of the way of water, after turning it on and waiting for it to heat up. I also understand why daily housekeeping wasn't done but it would have been nice to have someone check my trashcans, at least. Can't wait for COVID to be over and done with!

Breakfast was good, nice selection, hours of service were good. Liked the shower update- glad it wasn't one of those tubs that is so flimsy that it flexes when walked on.

Overflow drain in sink had black mold inside. Could hear a lot of noise from other rooms. Should consider grab bars in shower.

Property was located off the highway. Staff was helpful.

Haven’t returned to a hot breakfast. Only bags of breakfast items, which was fine, but I noticed some hotels have returned to safely providing hot breakfast while others are falling behind.
