We booked this because we had a concert at Echostage. For this, it was a great value. Rooms were comfortable and big. Helpful staff.
Not in the best neighborhood, you shouldn’t walk anywhere. Far from everything besides Echostage. Subpar breakfast.

Hotel was very accommodating and the front desk staff was very helpful. Jamie (i think if i remember correctly) went above and beyond and let me borrow a mouse and Ethernet cable for my hotel room. 10/10 would recommend to stay at this hotel

Great location to echostage. Staff beyond helpful beds super comfy has checkers across the street open forwhen u get out of the show no need to travel far for food gas station directly in front

Very clean overall, both the room as well as the hotel. Very comfortable and spacious room, with all the basic things you'd expect. Staff were very kind and helpful, absolutely everyone. Breakfast was included, and so was the gym facilities in there. The reception staff also gave me a list of restaurants and joints around the area worth trying out which was great.
The breakfast selection is a bit limited, and the eggs quite dry and not that amazing taste. The sausages also weren't of the best kind. Absolutely nothing was "bad" per se, but you could tell they were the cheapest ingredients, which is fair enough, as this isn't a fancy hotel by any length. The gym facilities were also very very basic, with a handful of machines at most, but they were there which is more than other places can say at that price. Unfortunately the location is its biggest negative point, as it's completely outside of the city basically, 15m drive from the city depending on where you are.

Hotel room were massive and very comfortable and overall hotel was really good but the breakfast was very limited with no option to choose from I would rate the breakfast 2/10.
Breakfast and specially the reception staff lady. I got in early at the hotel and requested if I could get checked in early if possible but she made sure she doesn’t give me early checkin wherein there were soo many people who had left early morning and checking out and when asked she said rooms are not empty and only gave us the room by 2-2:30pm, wherein we were waiting at the hotel since 7am in the lobby.

The safety precautions taken by the hotel after hours to ensure our safety is so appreciated. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. The king size room on the fifth floor was so comfortable and spacious with a couch, kitchenette, sick, microwave. The water pressure was a surprise, great shower! Happy to see a hair dryer too. Everything was very clean, the sheets, the floor, the surfaces. I loves the AC system too, so functional. Modern TV with variety of channels. Overall, 10/10 experience!! Shout out to Angela for starting the experience off with a warm greeting and check in process. + onsite parking for $20

The rooms were amazing, and the train station was nearby. You have to keep in mind that washington is not close by or easy to park in, so although we brought our car, we drove to the train station. We planned for this, everyone should check locations before booking, as previous reviews didnt know about the distance. Parking was always easy to find because they have so much of it on the lot.
Okay, everyone says the breakfast is okay. The breakfast is very below okay. It consists of only eggs, pork sausage, turkey sausage, plain white bread, and two cereals. No milk. Two juices only. Very limited refill too, i dont think they refill it. Especially because the breakfast is gone within 30minutes. Surrounding area doesnt really feel safe, i saw a rat running outside on the streets on the way back to the hotel. Thankfully the hotel was clean and there was no rodents outside of it, but the streets yes.
