Stayed in DC for a conference and this was perfect. Clean and comfortable room, small space, but perfect for one person. All transactions handled via an app -- how to check-in, access the facility, etc.

No real complaints, but since the property is mostly managed remotely, there's not usually a staff member on site. I arrived in the morning and wanted to leave my bag in the property while I toured the city (check in was at 4pm; one could request early check in, but only 2 hours early). Unfortunately, nobody was at the property and I wasn't able to get ahold of the manager via phone. Not a big deal since I had a friend staying in another hotel who was able to hold my bags, but people thinking of this property may want to consider that there isn't someone managing on-site.

I picked this property because of the convenient location: close to all consulates, food and drink places, lots of public transportation. The area is safe and nice. The room was good for the price: it’s spacious enough, has everything needed, that’s it.

Walls are super thin, so I could hear every breath, every step of my neighbor from the upper level. A couple times he dropped something and I woke up really scared. Really happy there wasn’t a couple lol. The blanket had some weird stains, as well as the walls. Besides, they asked to provide my card information by typing it in the chat, which is a weird and unsafe method of taking payments.

The room was larger than I expected, and it was easy to do the contact-free check-in. The handy little kitchen area was a bonus, and the bed was comfortable. The parking was convenient to the front door, once I found it!

Not a huge issue for me, but the room was on street level and did have some minor street noise, so if you're a light sleeper, keep that in mind. The parking was a little difficult to identify from the photos but was fine once I figured it out.

This hotel was really cute and had pretty much everything you needed. The room had a fridge, sink and microwave and you could ask for a coffee maker and toaster as well. Plates, cutlery, glasses was also available. The bathroom was nice. The location was great, nice neighborhood and close to public transportation and bike rental. The best thing with this stay was the staff, even though we never met them they always responded very quickly and was very helpful with our questions!! You could also use the washing machine for free!

the only thing that was less great was that both the fridge and the air conditioner was very loud.

I like that delete do I actually scroll wiwhat's working number and if I had any questions I would reach out and Voila', easy to understand people to talk to, would offer me help through any situation.

I don't have any negatives to offer this is a great property and I wanted to devise anybody who's looking to come to the city please consider Dupont Place!

I like this property and have stayed before. It is in one of my favorite neighborhoods. The staff was really helpful. Great experience.

This is not a criticism just a suggestion. It would be nice if there was a coffee pot and toaster in the room without requesting one. Other than that, I love it here.

Nice location. Cute places nearby.

Didn't like going up and down the stairs. Not a fan of all the sirens late at night. Would've liked shelves or drawers in the closet.

Very clean and neat. Small things like water in the refrigerator, shampoo soap and plenty of towels were nice. I had trouble with the door code (user error) and I was able to immediately access a real person to help, who was very kind and and patient.

Love the location. Staff were amazing when contacting them. The room was nice and clean with all the amenities. Walking distance to several restaurants and bars. HIGHLY recommend paying 25 dollars for a parking sport. It's really close to the building and easy access.

Was a very comfortable room with enough working amenities. Very convenient to the DuPont neighborhood. Access to washer/dryer was very helpful.
