Loved the clean and comfortable room, the shower, helpful staff, fitness area, laundry, free plentiful parking, hearty breakfast, location near restaurants and shopping areas. I will return when I am in the area!

The door to the bathroom didn't close completely but was closed enough. The housekeeping manager reported it to maintenance. The bed was comfortable but would prefer a mattress with no pressure points. Would have liked egg white scramble offered as well as whole grain options, vegetables and Greek yogurt too for breakfast plus other fresh fruit choices beyond oranges.

Very quiet, clean and comfortable room.

I had asked for a room on the top floor, which I got. However the room had a cathedral roof, which is good in itself, but there was 1 small triangular window on each side through which the sunlight entered during the day and the parking light in the evening. This made the room very bright and impossible to close with a curtain because they were not accessible. In my opinion these windows were useless and somewhat unpleasant for sleeping.

Breakfast was fresh and lots of variety of choices, fresh fruit, juices, milks, cereal, eggs, sausage, waffles & more. Good coffee. Cable tv was good and bed was firm & comfortable. Was surprised how quiet it was considering the location.

The construction surrounding the whole area by the hotel was a bit confusing but that's not the hotel's fault

I enjoy the location as it is in a good location. It is close to Alderwood Mall. The breakfasts were good. The staff was very friendly.

The rooms are old. The laundry facilities were inoperable. In the past when we stayed there the facilities were great.

Breakfast serve with limited selection and if you’re start you breakfast at 9:30am, you won’t see much food left for you. The stuff at the cafeteria are not kind to the customers

Quiet. Clean rooms. Clean parking lot. Just clean. Staff was very friendly. Not one problem. Heater worked fantastic. Had my 84 yr old mother with me and she's always cold. She is a very clean woman, she had zero complaints about the cleanliness. well, She wanted bacon both days Had enough variety to satisfy.

Wellllll I like my bacon cooked a little longer. A few looked pinkish, but cooked??? Idk.

We've stayed here several times because of the location and because the rooms are well appointed with fridge, coffee maker, etc.

Bathroom floor was freezing cold, no matter how high we turned up the heat. Also, there was a really loud nail squeak from the floorboards in the room above us and apparently the occupants of that upper room were very restless because the sound of it woke me up several times during the night.

The breakfast provided was great, the location is great

The tv was small and remote didn’t work well, but we were never in the room til the end of the day , it wasn’t an issue

The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good! Coffee there was fantastic! Good location for not wanting to be in heart of Seattle. Beautiful place!

There was a family reunion or something so there were just kids non stop screaming and running. Was not enjoyable. Staff was not keen on stopping them.

Location was perfect location for restaurants and shopping

when we booked hotel we did with expectations our grandkids could swim however pool was closed due to a part not arriving with this in mind I could have stayed at a hotel for half the cost with an AARP discount.
