The lady was very nice at check in (I wish I got her name) very friendly with the lady who had her son and dog with her and a great conversationalist. When it was our turn, we received the same pleasant experience. We got to the breakfast place the next day, Monday at like 8:59am and we were not turned away! They still allowed us to come in and eat and even offered more orange juice since the container was out. No one was annoyed or mad that we stayed to eat breakfast. The ladies in there were awesome, friendly, and helpful!

The toilet paper was half on each one (there was two rolls) I felt like with 3 ladies staying in this hotel room another full roll could have been stored on the back of the toilet seat but I also had no problem asking for one when I saw the cleaning lady in the hall to ask for another.

It was very roomy, clean and the bed was really comfy... plus I love that they did away with the bathtub and just had a large walk in shower..... I never understood why they do the bath & shower combo... I never take a bath... but the large shower was nice. Gas station right next door, easy access to the Freeway... Dairy Queen right next door... the lobby was clean and the staff were wonderful. When I travel for another concert, I will be staying here again. Ive stayed at a few other places but this one takes the cake.

Water pressure...but Ive never been in a hotel that has strong water pressure.... its just a preference and I still got my huge thick hair clean. :)

Staff very attentive & caring, especially GM who left a hand written card and care package for me when I fell ill with a cold. Whenever I asked for extra linens, towels, tissues or anything I needed it was delivered, I felt well taken care of here.

Not me ~ however a fellow colleague had his truck broken into on first night. I’m sure staff helped him out yet so unfortunate. I noticed security vehicles on property after that.

My check in experience was excellent at the front desk. I never asked the young lady what her name was, however she was nice and very helpful. Later in the afternoon the same front desk lady called our room to make sure everything was alright, including how my dog was doing. The whole place had a good-vibe about it. I will come stay here again, I highly recommend this Comfort Inn

There was nothing I didn't like, honestly I have no complaints. There was a swim team and wrestling team staying there the same night, a lot of young men, but no problems, we all slept well.

Staff was very nice. The manager even let my daughter pick a toy out of a box of toys that she had for kids I thought that was very sweet. But then my daughter made a good impression on her cuz then she let her pick another toy

In the morning time when I was getting ready to leave I saw a vehicle parked right in front of the lobby that had a window broken out and some of the stuff scattered on the street in front of the hotel and I thought security would be or should be all over that or prevented it from happening

Everything was good. Expected nicer rooms from the pictures but it was clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. The only downfall was coming home to see an 811.00 pending charge from the hotel which was eventually removed by the bank. The staff was very helpful.

I was surprised to see how small the room was. I expected more from the pics on the website. It was not bad at all, just expected more when I walked in. It's hard to write about what I didn't like because it was a good experience.

I loved that the property was near stores - just a short drive away. Near freeway entrance and hot/cold water available 24/7. Loved that they had a gym, pool, and breakfast bar AND more importantly, they had some vegan breakfast options!!

The staff and room was nice and clean, my only complaint was that the sheets on one of the bed had blood and on the mattress pad as well. The cleaning lady was nice and gave us a new one.

swimming pool, small gym, sauna and open spacious bedrooms. easy to get on highway, and only 25mins from seatac airport. awesome coffee!

big potholes on exit of hotel leading towards gas station, shower pressure/flow was too low. issue with sink drainage but they fixed it immediately which shows excellent response. also, I couldn’t say anything super about breakfast, ended up only having there breakfast a few times, rest of the time went to a diner, Ihop or big bear restaurant for breakfast,

Curteous check in, Clean room, Excellent breakfast (the breakfast attendants were kind, curteous, keep things very clean, were quick to address any issues at all both with us and other patrons.

Terrible odor in room on checking in. Cleared out with the window and air conditioner working full blast.

We took advantage of the breakfast on our first morning, and it was excellent. However, the second day was a problem….

Through no fault of the Comfort Inn, a bus of students created a lack of seating for the breakfast. We were not able to take advantage of the breakfast and instead had to go to another restaurant.
