The whole place was spacious, the room, lobby, pool was big and nice with a hot tub right next to the pool so adults can relax and still keep a good eye on the children. The continental breakfast BUFFET was amazing! 10/10 for sure! There was omelettes, bacon, potato bites, multiple different kinds of juices, coffee, water, cocoa tea. There was a miniature waffle maker with syrup, Nutella, whipped cream and strawberries. There was an oatmeal bar that had all different kinds of toppings. There was pastry section with muffins and other things there was multiple different kinds of fruits to choose from. There was yogurt. There was hard boiled eggs. There was utensils and plates & trays to put it all on and the food was hot! The staff was polite, even friendly and helpful, no matter what the time or the question. I was very impressed with this hotel, and I will be going back even though it’s right down the road from my house. I stayed for my birthday and it was well worth it. I paid $108 for for a room with two queen size beds, and it was way more spacious than I thought it was going to be with a nice big bathroom to go along with it and there was a closet plenty of room for my friends and all the kids to hang out and play without bumping into each other! The only complaint I have is that the TV remote didn’t work, but there was buttons on the bottom of the TV so that you were able to do everything you needed to do. That’s literally the only thing that I didn’t like.

Breakfast both mornings was delicious with lots of variety. We enjoyed the large dining room with ample space between tables. Great service and food. The room was quiet, toilet was quiet, and bathroom was large.

Our relatives who visited had their car opened (they forgot to lock it) and 2 remotes and their GPS were taken. Another car parked next to us had the back windshield broken and items scattered over the interior. The receptionist was not very professional in her response (young and didn't seem to know what to say) but the manager was very helpful in responding by email the next day. He said they did not have outside security now but is checking in to having it installed. He was apologetic and very sincere. We would go back again. Location was convenient as well!

Large clean and comfortable room. Enjoyed the hot tub and the breakfast [eggs & waffles). Friendly staff.

Chose this location because western city centers are overrun with drug camps, but there were still quite a few derelict rv's on the street next to the hotel and groups of tents not far away. A local at Safeway told us stock is limited there because of theft. I was glad my husband was with me walking to the car at night, and we made sure everything was removed from our car. Still, I think this location was our best choice to stop between Portland & Seattle.

The room was nice with two reasonably comphy queen beds, a recliner and a desk chair. The room was clean with no smells The AC wasn’t TOO loud. The bathroom was clean, but the fixtures were an older style, still they worked fine. The fridge and microwave worked fine. The TV had a number of channel choices. The breakfast was above average with nicer sitting area, and was well staffed. The pool DID NOT smell stuffy and humid like other hotel indoor pools. The exercise room was above average.

They only had 3 luggage carts and we waited for 45 minutes and guest never returned any for us to use before we checked out. We are senior citizens and having to carry heavy luggage with multiple trips from the 3rd floor was not fun. The staff was not very compassionate about the situation and offered little concern or suggestions. The three carts they did have were rather flimsy and old (like most) but not all. They had room for more carts AND signs asking people to return them promptly so that others can use them may have helped. It took over 5 minutes for her to get me a receipt when I checked out.she wasn’t apologetic, other than to say “my system is slow”.

Hotel was really nice, 24 hour pool was awesome! Beds were comfy. TV was great. Breakfast was excellent. Has a great gym. Staff was friendly.

I was a bit surprised to see a large hotel still using Styrofoam plates for breakfast. I was also surprised to see the kitchen lady wipe the tops of the garbage cans and then proceed to wipe the counters with all the food on it.

Everything was good and as expected as for our last minute transit reservation. Great gym facility .

Though the room had a coach, there was no additional set of linen/blanket to use it and for a family with kids of different gender it would be convenient to use the coach instead of the bed (we had this option in other hotels before and appreciated this). We never requested this from reception and I am sure our request would be accomodated, so not a big deal.. I expected richer breakfast too from Ramada.

All of the staff were incredibly kind, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure we had an enjoyable stay. The breakfast is one of the best around hotel-wise. Eggs, bacon/sausage, biscuits, waffles with strawberries, whipped cream, and Nutella, and much more. The pool and hot tub were super clean, and provided separate towels and a quick rinse off/showering area. Highly recommended. You won't be disappointed,!

Nothing. I wouldn't change anything about my stay!

Room was clean w/ ample space. Staff are very helpful & friendly. Lobby very aesthetically pleasing - real plants speaks volumes. While we didn't use the pool this time, we will next time. Breakfast had ample variety, plenty of seating, and quiet. The stairwells had padded carpet... a change of pace from the cold concrete ones I usually see.

Good sized room with a comfortable bed and pillows. And it was relatively quiet.

The room we got needs some attention. Room 402. The screens on the windows are bent out of shape, cobwebs all over the outside of the window. The bathtub holds water at the bottom of it after a shower, the non slip mat in the shower was very old and peeling and stained. The drain cover in the tub wasn't attached when we got there. The faucets had incomplete fixtures (the faces of them were gone). Old, peeling wallpaper in the bathroom. The bathroom door frame needs a good paint job. The towels felt like they all had some sort of film on them, stiff and unpleasant to touch, but they did the job.

The staff was absolutely amazing. My 3 yr old grandson swallowed too much pool water after eating a bunch of candy & vomited while running to the bathroom. The front desk person & the maintenance man that cleaned it up were so sweet about it. Later that evening the same grandchild decided to pull the fire alarm, angering other guests & basically causing a huge disruption. At this point I would have asked us to leave but again the staff was great. Thank you so much for making our stay amazing in spite of the chaos that we caused. I would 10 out of 10 recommend.
