Lucky Eagle Casino & Hotel

This was a very nice place to stay and I definitely will book here again! Big pros: - Nice roomy clean suite! - Cool having two TVs that can do YouTube, Netflix, and basic cable. - Great comfortable bed! - Nice personal jacuzzi in the suite. - Nice fireplace for the ambiance. - Accessibility to Casino via skybridge was convenient. - Great steakhouse!

It was a good place, but if I have to pick on it: - Rock hard couch. Would have been nice to sit on it for relaxing instead of the bed. - Couldn't use the fireplace as long as I'd hoped due to smelling natural gas from using it. - Water pressure from jacuzzi was strangely low, so it took a very long time to fill the tub. - Cigarette smell lingers in the hallways.

Restaurants were serving decent quality food, and the bartenders don't skimp on the liqour in the drinks. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. The rooms were spacious, clean, and unique in design. I loved the cultural art work in the hotel, and the landscaping was breath taking, bursting with nature's wonders so many humming birds, butterflies, bees. It was refreshing to see nature appreciated.

The pool and spa area were too heavy with the treatment chemicals. It was choking, and your room key won't allow you to be in and out for air. The food was delicious, but it was a bit pricey, and I was disappointed not to see all the restaurants open for use during the week we stayed. Found out they only open on weekends. The hotel is a charming place, but I would've liked to see more kid friendly spaces to help assist those that aren't old enough to gamble, and just want to appreciate the cultural art on the reservation. Also, there seem to be a lot of grifters or vagrants than there should've been in such a remote area.

The suite is huge with an equally large patio - I will enjoy this room again in the summer for sure! The tub is next level; I have always said I would take a bath when my knees and my , hmmm, shall we say chest? Both fit in the water at the same time and they DID! Not only that but my husband was comfortably laying in the tub as well. Loved this.

The room was clean, very nice. The casino in general & restaurant just looked like housekeeping had been slacking. I would assume they are short staffed and dealing with it as best as they can. It seemed as if all the important stuff was done, it was just the remaining things that were undone surprised me. (I don't get out much)

Great Value, spacious connecting rooms. Booked suite with jacuzzi and fireplace and double, late check out available till 2pm (for fee). Just needed economical place to stay for one night before late flight the following day. Quinault rainforest 1:30 away, Ocean Shores , and 2 hours from Packwood entrance to Mt.rainer (only open weekends). Great place to relax before long flight back to Florida Or visiting a couple more scenic spots before heading home. If you sign up for players club you get discount on rooms. Indoor pool and hot tub were also nice. Quick friendly check-in!

Town not much options for food, and not many options at hotel. But did have a good place 20 minutes up the road at the "Rusty Tractor" on the way to Quinault Rainforest. Was also able to get quick delivery thru Uber Eats. Hotel grounds are nice and felt very safe.

the bed is the most comfortable bed we have ever slept in and is what keeps us coming back

the sports bar didn't have peacock so we had to watch the NFL playoff game on our phone. Seems crazy a sports bar at a casino cant pay 6$ for peacock for the game that they also are taking bets on. The sports bar also seemed extremely cold which I understand it was cold outside but a Casino should have somebody that knows how to work the heat to keep the room over 61 degrees.

The rooms were very nice, clean and the bed was very comfortable. The majority of our group stayed in the family suite which was perfect as we were doing some crafty projects and playing games. It was perfect for our cousin get together.

The only downside was that the floor had not been cleaned and there was a huge sticky spot near the door. The room above was very loud (music and jumping up and down). I wish that the casino was open before 10 am for a full breakfast.

The room was modern, clean, and nicely appointed.

The hotel is not in close walking distance to the casino and restaurants for those who have difficulty walking. There was a small casino located at the hotel, but the only restaurant in the hotel was closed. We were able to get security to transport us between the hotel and the casino, but I thought a shuttle service would be nice. Also, the casino in the hotel won't accept tickets from the slot machines and vice versa, which made it inconvenient.

Very spacious and well appointed rooms. It's a new hotel so everything was clean, modern, and upscale. The room was very spacious. The bar was topnotch and the staff was very pleasant and helpful.

It was a bit challenging to find. The facilities for food were lacking since it's all new. Didn't like the cigarette smoke going through casino section. We had to walk through casino to reach other facilities for food and drink.

Staff was friendly. I was able to witness what it takes to keep the outdoors clean. My wife and I stayed in the new wing and we were impressed in comparison to the old wing we have stayed in before.

When you enter the hotel lobby one smells smoke. The gaming room in the hotel should be smoke free - According to your rules, If one smokes in there room or there is evidence of it they are fined.

Stayed in the Sky Queen and it was a huge room. Newly renovated and very comfortable beds, lots of lamps which is nice to have a choice of lighting ambience.

Kitchenette space was great with a coffee maker and microwave, but apart from a couple of cardboard coffee cups there were no other implements. Some plates and cutlery would have been helpful.
