The Heathman is a casually elegant, aesthetically pleasing property in the heart of downtown Kirkland. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

I requested robes for our room and was told that they were standard for each room. However when I arrived, there were none. The bed was hard and UNCOMFORTABLE. Husband and I found it difficult to sleep and we both left with back pain. Some aspects of the room were showing wear—the slider on the lamp on my husbands side of the room was broken. The evening staff at registration could have been friendlier. There was no plastic bag for clothes in the room. When requested, we received a giant black trashcan liner that honestly would have fit two adults. Additional fees at check in increased price by nearly $100 more than price shown on my reservation confirmation.

Dinner was quite good. Had the braised beef, thank the chef. Made a horrid day much better for my mom and I.

I wasn’t informed about valet parking cost, however that fee was removed. This was the first time staying at the Heathman, we would stay again if able to find a reasonable rate online. Given the added valet fee, we would consider other options. In general, excellent accommodations and amenities.

This hotel is very clean,great staff and they upgraded us to the same wedding suit that we stayed for our wedding. The staff were very accommodating and helpful. when we had to wait long time the room service, the front desk lady took our order and handled it. we had our puppy and they gave us a dog bed and bowl and that was very nice.

Long wait for the the staff to pick up the phone at times. Especially the restaurant that is part of the Hotel. Short staff maybe ?

bit of a mess with Bookings.com. Was charged the full amount due of $1000 before arriving, then were charged another $1000 over the course of our 2-day stay. front desk staff new how to fix, but reversal didnt go through until after our stay which was a big hassle.

our room looked into a courtyard, wonder if non-view rooms go to those who book through a third party...also please keep your bar open beyond 9pm on a Saturday evening. had to walk to the grocery store to get a glass of wine at 10pm.

We’ll located right in the heart of Kirkland. Good restaurant at the hotel. Walkable to a couple cool bars for after dinner enjoyment. We brought our bikes and rode 50 miles around lake Washington on day 2. Then enjoyed well deserved beers on our balcony! What more could you ask for? Hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Go with valet parking bc not much street parking and only $24/d. Then you can access your car any time you need it.

Kirkland restaurant kitchens closed at 9pm! However, there’s an Irish pub call “Wilde River” that had live music that went until later on, and they have an outdoor terrace that’s a little more “Covid appropriate”, whereas the indoor space was very much more a “Covid super spreader”!

The bed was super cozy and the cleaness of the bedroom was amazing! The most important thing the service on the front desk was much appreciated. They were corteous and helpful. All of them!

No restaurant on Monday, the room was not the quietest as I asked for, the heater was loud, the sink and toilette were not working well.

The staff was excellent. It felt like home. room decorations were excellent and comfortable

No full length mirror in the room.

The Heathman was built on the site of the old Kirkland hospital where I was born in 1955. It was fun to come back to town and stay there, meet up with old friends and talk to the knowledgable bartender about Japanese whiskies while enjoying a bite and a few shots.

Location in middle of town was unbeatable. Staff were so friendly and helpful Room and facilities top notch a definite go to again

Love the building and rooms, as well as the soaking area. all set up very nice

Breakfast could be better (at least have a toaster and some bagels or something warm)
