We like everything about this property. The location was excellent. Easy walking to everything in Kirkland. The staff was amazing - very welcoming, professional (but also fun), and knowledgeable. The gym on-site was well equipped, clean and convenient. This place just had an awesome vibe (hard to explain) from staff to fellow guests.

We liked everything about this property. One recommendation is some self park options. The valet staff is remarkable, but it gets busy at times. Great waiting area and valet parking is reasonably priced, but some self parking may streamline busy times and reduce wait times. However, considering location totally understandable why self parking is not available. Also recommend water refill stations on each floor. (Like the one in the gym)

Good location, variety of restaurants nearby, walkability of neighborhood, convenient access to major highways.

Required valet parking at $25 a day. We were told one could park on the street without paying, but that you would have to be cognizant of the need to move your car in a timely manner to avoid getting a ticket. Access to a lower priced public parking lot nearby would be nice.

A HUGE thank you to the Heathman reception for exceeding our expectations! We were upgraded to a fantastic room and location to celebrate a much needed getaway for our anniversary. Kirkland is a perfect destination when we need to recharge from our busy lives and our favorite hotel is the Heathman. It’s an easy walk to just about everything; super clean and safe location with many restaurants and shops within a short walk. Hope to make it back next year. Thanks again for everything!! The location was very good. The hotel is in a fun, vibrant area of Kirkland. There are many good restaurants and attractions, all of which are accessible on foot. I can't rate the breakfast at the hotel, as we did not have it.

Our room was a bit too dark. Otherwise, our stay was outstanding. The Heathman Hotel Kirkland is an excellent hotel!

When water is turned on in other rooms it is deafening in room 402, The dinner we had was not very good the fish and chips were soggy and oil laden. Had to remove the breading to eat the fish and tossed the fries. the salad was swimming in dressing (asked for it on the side) with huge chunks of lettuce.

Worn bed on right side , saggy View was just a few feet away from another building Bathroom sink clogged / poorly designed Not a fan of the bath products Some staff were super great others not helpful or friendly.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Coffee, tea and water available in the lobby. Very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area.

Great large room with lots of ammenties. Loved the tea kettle. Bed was nice. Super location right in downtown Kirkland, steps from everything. Restaurant on property had best fish chowder I have had in a long time! Wonderful Lobby.

Would not give me a one hour later check-out.

The Heathman is a casually elegant, aesthetically pleasing property in the heart of downtown Kirkland. The rooms are modern and well appointed.

I requested robes for our room and was told that they were standard for each room. However when I arrived, there were none. The bed was hard and UNCOMFORTABLE. Husband and I found it difficult to sleep and we both left with back pain. Some aspects of the room were showing wear—the slider on the lamp on my husbands side of the room was broken. The evening staff at registration could have been friendlier. There was no plastic bag for clothes in the room. When requested, we received a giant black trashcan liner that honestly would have fit two adults. Additional fees at check in increased price by nearly $100 more than price shown on my reservation confirmation.

Dinner was quite good. Had the braised beef, thank the chef. Made a horrid day much better for my mom and I.

I wasn’t informed about valet parking cost, however that fee was removed. This was the first time staying at the Heathman, we would stay again if able to find a reasonable rate online. Given the added valet fee, we would consider other options. In general, excellent accommodations and amenities.
