The Lady working during check-in kept getting interrupted by phone calls while she was trying to help me. But rather than being frustrated or short, she was polite, patient, and helpful to everyone while maintaining assurance with me that I would be helped. At checkout, a second lady was there to help the first and it was a quick and effortless transition out. My partner and I had severe food poisoning and if we had had more money we would have extended our stay because we were comfortably resting and recovering. I would love to stay again.

There was nothing I didn't like. The location was near many grocery stores and had stations. I didn't use the pool, but some people were and they seemed happy. The parking was fine, the noise was minimal, the tv worked, the shower was clean.

I love the staff specifically. Sometimes there was a language barrier but still, we worked it out and got everything down right. And when Doordash was terrible, the front desk lady was wonderful, she tried her best to help and let me stay in the lobby to wait for my Doordash that never came. I am sorry for how dirty we left the room, we were running late and couldn't clean up.

The shower specifically. It looked grimey. And we had ants too. Nothing bad, but it was still a bit upsetting to see them there. We also had some noisy neighbors, we could get noisy too but not to the point of some where they were yelling at midnight and we had to bang on the wall to shut them up. It's nothing on the hotel's issue. But still a bit upsetting we were always thinking there were ghosts or something.

I've been using this motel for about 20 years now and they have always been good. I don't expect 5 stars from them but I've always had clean rooms and room exchanges if I wanted a different floor, when available.

Showers in some rooms were cold or hot, no in between. The building is showing its age.

the location seemed safe and not too hard to find. the property was clean and in good repair. the other guests were quiet too.

the only thing it lacked was a microwave and coffee in the room. the coffee was available at the office, which I don’t really like. my stay was comfortable, though.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly. All of them! And seem to be always in good moods. Not once did I think to myself " well that person is having a bad day." Or " that person should not be in customer service." And even though the rooms are great for one nighters but a bit small if your staying longer and they could use some new mattresses, I'll definitely stay there again just to visit with the staff again. And you can't beat the price.

I come to Kirkland for work occasionally, and this is always my go-to place. I've never had a bad experience here. The staff here is friendly and polite. They will gladly accommodate REASONABLE requests if they are able. The rooms are clean and for this area, it's a pretty good price.

Room was super clean, staff was very kind and helpful. The staff was dealing with complaints from other tenants when I arrived and they were very professional and composed.

The shower door did not fully close, so it was hard to keep the bathroom floor dry. Not an issue though - just used a lot more towels.

Housekeeping was constantly on top of things. They kept clean sheets on the bed and the bathroom immaculate. They Front Desk was extremely helpful when it came time to extend my stay.

The wifi couldn't be accessed from my room. I had to go around the building to get logged on. It is next to the freeway, so traffic noise was expected.

i loved the design or the color scheme much more then the everett location. and the appliances they have in their rooms are much more updated and modern. and the showers are also glass all the way around instead of a curtain which the floor would get really wet in other motel 6's. The room size was rather small especially when you have a almost 2 year old who wants to burn energy. All in all i enjoyed my stay there.

I didn't like taking everything of mine including my son up to the 3rd floor, but that was on me not the employees i should have requested a lower level. The frequent drive throughs or visits by the cops due to mental health or drug issues was obvious but not distracting it was something i noticed is all.
