Absolutely awesome hotel, we were in town to ride bikes and the staff was super welcoming, asking questions about our bikes and didn’t care one bit about us having them inside. (We didn’t roll them on the ground of course out of respect we carried them) stayed last year, stayed this year, and will stay again next time!

Only issue, and I mean the one and only issue, is no pool ):

Location is great! Walking distance to park, restaurants and stores. Bed was very comfortable, shower nice and room spacious. Loved the pull down blinds - were excellent at keeping the light out.

The wording regarding where you have to pay for parking is confusing. We interpreted it to mean that parking up top was free and in the garage was $15/evening. Come to find out it's $15/night regardless. This should be explicitly stated as we could have easily parked on the street. When I mentioned this to the woman at the front desk, her noncommittal response gave me no indication she even cared about the mix up. Not a great way to end our 5 night stay. Especially w/signs everywhere indicating you go over and above with service - didn't see it in this incidence.

Beautiful hotel located near downtown Redmond, close to shops and restaurants. Bus station on the other side of the street to go to Microsoft campus and to Bellevue and Seattle. The staff super kind and always ready to help. The room large, clean and super comfortable. Highly recommended!

The central location, the newness of the property.

The woman checking us in was like a robot with a heavy accent, hard to understand all that she was saying. Property was very dirty in the parking lot, trash everywhere. Maybe putting a trash can out there would help!

This is my second stay at the Garden Inn. Everything is clean and spacious. I like the lay out of the room. The exercise center is incredible with multiple machines, weights, balls, etc. It's truly fantastic. The hotel lobby and adjoining areas are inviting and cozy. This hotel is just terrific!

In my last review I complained about the lighting in the room. And behold a table lamp has been added. It is still dark in the room. I would love to see herbal tea added to the room's coffee selection. Or at some hotels there is serve yourself tea, coffee, hot chocolate options. I realize there is a store, but everyone loves something free because it makes the stay feel luxurious.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff, clean, modern and wonderful breakfast, very impressed. Will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

Nothing, everything great. No complaints. Nice restaurant. Good location, I have nothing bad to say about the hotel, it was a very pleasant experience.

It has feel of a high end hotel at mid range prices. Very spacious room, lots of guest ammenities, nice on sight restaurant

The online system doesn't have the ability to book rooms in the same area when paying on separate accounts. We ended up on oppisite sides of the building

The entire property is beautiful inside and out. Very clean and I felt safe during COVID. Loved the exercise room and rooms felt quiet.

We have a long truck and the parking lot only had a few parking spots that weren’t compact outside of the parking garage. We were able to stay parked the whole trip and walk or ride with friends. Totally understandable in the bigger city though!

Clean and beautiful hotel. Didn't like the sliding bathroom door, but other than that, I highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to restaurants and a 10 min Uber to Marymoore Concert venue.

Lovely hotel with great facilities. I stayed here for work and will definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly and helpful and they had a Peloton bike in the gym.
