Instead of offering breakfast, each room is encouraged to use the mini kitchens in the rooms. The cupboards were pre-stocked with cutlery, cookware, and anything you could think of needing for cooking and eating (one for each guest). As someone with food alergies, this felt very inclusive. The laundry room was free, as well as DVD rentals for the rooms. This hotel was the most welcoming and homely feeling hotel I have ever stayed at before.

The kitchenette was great! Had everything you needed. I especially appreciated the pump shampoo, lotion, etc. No little plastic bottles! Very environmentally conscious.

Really need a small nightstand on both sides of the bed. I had to put my stuff on the floor.

The Staff at the front desk were very friendly and each day we were greeted if we passed by one of them in our comings and goings. We cannot stress enough how thrilled we were with the cleaning staff..how impeccably clean our room was! A HUGE compliment to the housekeeping staff for your attention to detail when cleaning the rooms. AMAZIING! You were also very friendly and helpful. Great location with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. Beds and Pillows were comfortable too, we slept well.

Cannot think of one thing that we didnt like! Perhaps just that the tub didnt drain well....

Somehow we were given a "Studio" room that consisted of a full kitchen, large counter bar, a living rm space with sofa and recliner and a separate bedroom.

Mattress could have been better. We had to walk over to another hotel (Best Western) to get our conplementary breakfast.

The front staff were super helpful. She put me in a room close to the back door to get my dog in and out without a lot of interaction with other people. The site was super dog friendly and the kids really enjoyed the movie rentals they have! Beds were super comfy, I had to work one of the days I was there. The accommodations for that were great too! I would definitely go back to this place again if ever in Oak Harbor.

I didn’t like the fact that there wasn’t breakfast and they didn’t have cold filtered water available along with the coffee. I don’t typically like drinking water from the faucet but had to during my stay.

Coincidentally, we were put into a handicapped room. I have a son who uses a wheelchair (who was not with me) and I was impressed to notice how well designed the room was.

The sitting area was not what I expected (per their name including "Suites" and photos on their website). My sister and I chose this hotel because our brother was dropping in to visit, and we wanted a sitting area for the three of us. There was an office chair by the desk, an armchair between the bed and the window wall, and an upright chair with no arms. It worked, but it certainly was not a suite.

Our stay was great! The front desk workers, Rosa, Minerva, and Brandie were all so amazing! The hotel itself was very functional and we loved that it was pet-friendly.

I really liked the ADA/Accessibility room. My wife was able to move around in/from the bathroom and able to shower with no issues. Having an elevator helped here as well.

The accessibility room on the 2nd floor was a little far away from the elevator, making it a little hard for my wife to get to the room.

The staff was friendly but could use more knowledge about surrounding area for food recommendations depending on the dynamics of the people

Refrigerator made a lot of noise and we didn’t have the ice maker on

Very nice clean room. Loved having a kitchen to make breakfast and keep leftovers after eating out. Restaurants and grocery stores just down the street. This was a great place to stay while visiting our son who is stationed there and seeing the sites on Whidbey Island.
