I would like to take a moment to express my gratitude and recommend staying at Woodsprings Suite. I stayed for 7 days, and it was an excellent experience! The room was spacious with all the amenities I could need for a trip. The service from the entire staff team was outstanding, from the Housekeeping guy who gave me directions to locations in the city to Katrina, the general manager, who assisted me with all my questions and provided exceptional service that went above and beyond.

being located close to my friends place was the biggest thing when I made the reservation. the staff was so great, the room was SOO clean too. didn't even know my room would have a 2burner stove ket alone a full size refrigerator! I was so impressed with my spur the moment booking !

the only thing was the bathroom mirror was very streaky the TP is located really far down. & the tub drain doesn't stay open unfortunately 😕 other than that its suchba great clean place !!¡

This property is conveniently located to all parts of the Redmond area, and a short drive to Bellevue, Seattle, Mt. Rainier, etc. Great staff and plenty of parking. Kitchenettes with microwaves, full stoves and full refrigerators

Large fridge, 2 burner stove and basic dishes are included. Clean, comfortable beds. We only stayed one night but would be great for a longer stay with the kitchenette. Quiet neighborhood. Decent gym with Peloton bike

Limited front desk hours, so not able to get extra towels. The free WiFi was very slow, and only for one device. Other WiFi options were available for a fee.

Having a small kitchen in the room. Having a gym. The staff was kind and helped us a lot. Walking distance to Target, Home Depot, and a few small restaurants/cafes. They accept pets, we did not bring ours but we saw one dog.

The room could have been cleaner, the floor felt sticky. The coffee from the free coffee machine wasn't good at all. Our street-facing window on the lowest level didn't feel very private. Paid WiFi was a must to work.

The staff we encounter all were lovely and kind. I came up for a job interview and the manger was so nice and wished me good luck! The room was clean and the bed was comfy! Perfect place to stay!

We had a bit of trouble getting checked in as we were from out of town. Instructions were confusing and we later found out it was dude to short staff. Manager was extremely kind and wonderful.

The room was clean. Loved having the kitchenette to store our food and be able to eat. The front desk was very friendly and professional.

It was very noisy outside the windows. Made it hard to sleep. The beds would move around on the floor whenever you touch them or get in or out of bed.

Well the pretending to be a choice hotel member thing upsets me I should have received a bunch of points be come to find out they don’t participate in the point system with this knowledge it seems there not at all part of the choice hotel membership which is the the reason I picked this spot because I am a member and wrongly assumed I would receive points it’s basically false advertising to claim to be a member of choice hotels everything else was nice but the points is a big deal in whether I would stay again

Better than expected for the price. Clean and spacious, full-sized fridge/freezer, decent cooking area. Staff were pleasant and thorough. No noise from street.

The free coffee in the am was a nice touch.

The staff was usually multi tasking and almost always away from front desk
