It's a standard hotel with everything you need for 1-2 nights stay in the area. Staff was friendly, even when we arrived after midnight. Rooms, hallways, elevator are all generously sized. Plenty of parking.

While the breakfast room itself is large, there was not enough seating for everyone trying to eat at 9am on a Saturday. Breakfast itself was typical powdered scrambled eggs, thin bacon, and heated-from-frozen has brown potato patties. All of this is typical of a mid-tier chain hotel. However, this hotel is priced as higher-tier and promoted their breakfast offerings, so I expected more for what I paid overall.

I was unable to find someone to watch my dog so I decided to bring him with and leave him in the car for only a few dollars more I was able to keep him with me it was great they had a wonderful breakfast My husband and I ate a whole bunch of food including waffles eggs bacon oatmeal and fruits the amount of food we ate if we would have been eating it at a restaurant we probably would have spent over $80

I didn't like that there was no place for our dog to go potty outside and the parking lot is small I don't like this questionnaire it won't let me submit my answer it says I haven't said enough So I will go on until it will let me submit it if not I'm going to give up

Location to the activities we wanted to do. The pool was great. Breakfast was delicious! The housekeeper we had the second day was so kind and flexible with coming back to clean our room.

The room we booked didn't have a microwave as listed (we got the queen suite). There was a nasty towel hanging on the back of our bathroom door when we got there. Also the toilet is extremely close to the toilet paper dispenser and wall. It's squished. We were in room 402.

The hotel was pristine and in a nice area. It looked exactly as the photos in the website. Most of the staff was friendly and kind some others were not rude but not as friendly. The complementary breakfast was ample. A lot of everything and even a waffle machine. It was quiet and right next to a supermarket and pharmacy. I traveled with my dog and I liked to see other dogs, very pet friendly. I had traveled to other hotels that take dogs and usually smell bad but this hotel didn't have any bad odor. I also liked that there was a guest's laundry room.

Front Desk Lori (or Laurie) was so helpful. Very friendly and accommodating. She is the perfect 1st impression for your hotel. Breakfast was great! Bed was comfortable.

Why no garbage can near the coffee maker? It is located around the corner under the desk - had to hold the coffee pod over my hand all the way to the garbage can so as to not drip coffee on the floor. Same problem in the dressing area - garbage can in the commode room - but not near the sink

Loved the spaciousness, cleanliness the most as well as the pet accommodations. Nice king bed. We slept well. Fun pool. Super close to Snoqualmie Falls and old downtown with quirky shops. Nice, friendly staff too!

We had a motion sensor light in the bathroom that kept turning off. But maintenance was readily available to help. Also wished we had a tub and microwave in the room. But found a common room microwave and dealt with the rest.

The room was spacious enough for our family of four. We arrived and requested to extend our stay while checking-in, the desk was very helpful and accommodating. In addition allowed for is to keep the 2nd night at the initial booking rate. Breakfast was good. Staff was very kind, and professional. We were in town for a funeral, so we were already stressed, but the staff and accommodations help relieved some of that stress.

Nothing to complain about

Place is clean and modern. Rooms are big, walk in shower, huge TV, super comfortable bed. Breakfast was decent.

No movie channel options, It's a large hotel, so if you have alot of luggage, make sure you grab a bell cart. Construction was awful at the exit. Traffic was backed up for miles in both directions at that exit. We had to work our way back to North Bend and take the city roads.

Common facilities (lobby area, pool, laundry), huge room with great view onto 4 July fireworks, wealthy breakfast

Poor vegan selection for breakfast (or to buy at the reception). The room had a rather small fridge, and only the common area had a microwave.

The Queen "Mountain View Suite" was terrific. Very large and roomy with everything there such as Refrig. Microwave, coffee maker and separate sink. The Bathroom shower and Toilet have a separate door. Huge couch, desk area, ect. Full Breakfast with Eggs, Sausage, Potatoes, Waffle Maker , Juices, Fresh Fruit is included.
