the room was clean and spacious. There were no maintenance issues that I find in a lot of places such as burned out light bulbs, leaky faucets, etc. It was perfect. It is the way Inn's should be. The pool and hot tub did not close at 10 pm which was awesome - you can arrive later in the evening and still get to enjoy the pool area. The breakfast was the best - a real hot breakfast, great for busy travelers, not just pastry and bread. It was a beautiful place to stay and I will stay here again when I return to this area.

No negatives at all.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was clean. Room was spacious. The bed was very comfortable. The pool. They had a big containing of lemon ice water out for anyone to get some. The popcorn was a great hit with the little.

The breakfast wasn't all that great. The Jacuzzi was Broken! I was So looking forward to the Jacuzzi. Our room needed another chair And another garbage can under the sink. The door mechanism screws fell out on the floor and when I gave it to the clerk she looked at me like I did something wrong. The stairs are too wide in regards to being able to hold both hand rails but I did like that they were in 3 sections with a landing in between them.

Great amenities, friendliest staff I have ever encountered (genuinely happy people!), clean rooms, good breakfast with the fluffiest scrambled eggs and tastiest apple juice, fair rates, excellent location and I really liked the bedding: a freshly washed comforter that made it feel more like home. Extra kudos to Mike for checking me in with patience and humor, Chris, the Operations Mgr for all of his assistance, James in maintenance for promptly addressing a sticking door issue and a slight tub clog, Tim and Heather at the front desk are some of the nicest, most welcoming people. Honestly, from the housekeeping staff to upper management, they all appear to love their jobs and it showed in the quality of service. Top notch! Thanks to everyone for outstanding service.

There was nothing I didn't like but I would like to recommend a little more variety in the breakfast choices (maybe switch it up like offering bacon or ham on some days, having some shredded cheese or other toppings for those delicious fluffy eggs and adding the other juices listed on the juice machine or milk/chocolate milk and maybe some add-ins for the waffles, like chocolate chips or fresh berries or other seasonal fruit. I've stayed at a competitor's hotel and they has comparable breakfast choices but with daily variety to the hot breakfasts. Nothing wrong with biscuits and gravy but not for a week or more stay.

Beds and pillows were nicely comfortable. Bathroom was small, even for a hotel bathroom. The breakfast was fairly standard but quiet tasty. Definitely appreciated the coffee/hot water machine being available 24/7.

My only complaint was that the bedding appeared too small for the mattresses and would not stay on. We also had a room on the "main" floor, and the pool bleach smell traveled down that hallway.

Very comfortable bed. Very clean. Accessibility set-up was well done overall. Breakfast was good. LOVED that the heater/AC had a "constant fan" option.

Faucet control in the shower/bath was very difficult to turn, so figuring out how to turn it on was difficult and then adjusting temperature was hard. There was only a nightstand with a drawer and lamp on one side of the bed. The other had a round table but no lamp or drawer. Though the hotel was really quiet overall, the window didn't block freeway noise very well.

The breakfast was very nice with a wide variety. The staff was very attentive to its cleanliness and keeping items stocked; it was very busy most mornings. The laundry room was clean and machines inexpensive which is great when you are on the road like we are. Rooms were clean and comfortable and had plenty of room to relax.

Breakfast was better than the typical one encounters. This was a nice, clean and updated facility. I would stay there again.

This is not a criticism of the hotel but of access from the freeway I-90. Traffic is moving fast and you better be on your toes to make all the correct turns turns to arrive at the hotel .

I made an error in booking my reservation for one day later than expected arrival. I realized this within an hour or two for a same day need. The desk manager really extended himself to help rectify my reservation since I needed the room that night and the reservation was non refundable. By the time we arrived it was all taken care of.

Parking seemed limited in the front and side. Perhaps there was more parking behind the building.

The location was a few miles off the interstate which was nice. I appreciated that some of the rooms were pet friendly and there was an area to walk dogs outside. The staff was very friendly and accommodating.

The breakfast was okay, limited and the biscuits and gravy was gone about an hour before breakfast was over. The room had stains on the floor and the rooms seemed very outdated.

We were traveling to see our very sick Grandfather, who has stage 4 cancer. I didn’t that hotel charges before the stay and not at checkout. Mike, Lisa and your amazing staff worked with us while we waited for our paychecks cleared our bank accounts. They so kind and gracious. 🌻

My family and I will be back to stay at this Incredible hotel!!! Despite the reason for the stay, we had a wonderful time.
