Property was close to everything and well secured.

Was right off the main road and a lot of homeless walking around but you didn’t feel unsafe on the property at all.

Everything offered is to standard and very walkable to nearby attractions.

Location right in their downtown and near places where the homeless population is large. We didn't feel unsafe and everyone stayed to themselves just a point so guests understand what they are about to encounter day and night in the vicinity of the hotel. Also do not leave valuables or your vehicle unlocked there was an individual on one of the days checking on vehicles in the parking lot to see if they were unlocked to possibly take items from. The police were called by the hotel. Overall the hotel is nice, new and a good value however the area where it is located is just dirty.

The property was nice and had good amenities. There was a gym, large lobby and breakfast area, and free parking. The rooms were nice, clean and decently sized.

The location was next to a 7/11 that appeared to have drug addicts and homeless EVERYWHERE. Literally 25-30 of them Friday night. Sunday and Saturday 15-20. And when we left Monday morning someone was getting medical attention from paramedics. I can only assume an overdose. Other than that I just wish the bathroom was larger as it was kind of small compared to the rest of the room. Lastly, make it a fully gated parking lot. I saw at least two homeless folks wander if and near cars and searched the garbage can. My buddy said one tried to bum his used cigarette off him.

We have stayed at this property three times in the last six weeks, on weekends. We have found it to be comfortable and a great value for the reasonable cost. Free parking, close to downtown and to the freeway, and very quiet inside. The hot breakfast offered was extensive, with great nutritious choices. Having it available 'til ten on the weekends is very appreciated. Coffee is good and available in the lobby 24/7 as well as single-cup in the rooms. Beds are comfortable, and rooms are well equipped.

I called to the desk's attention, when we left, that the sink plug handle was broken, and sharp, and also that the duvet cover had makeup stains, and we wear no makeup. They apologized and said they would refer those comments. No complaints about any of our two night stays.

The room was spacious and the breakfast was very good. The staff was always pleasant and helpful. The security was good. There were alot of homeless people in the area and we felt very secure on the property.

It was a little concerning to see so many homeless people in the area. We were thankful for the extra security for the building. When we arrived at our room, the tiled area in front of the bathroom and into the bathroom was very sticky. We asked if the staff could come clean that part of the floor. We were informed that no house cleaning staff were available. We asked for towels to clean the floor ourselves. It was still sticky, so in the morning we asked for house keeping to come and clean the floor. It was obvious that someone had come and cleaned, but the floor was still sticky in spots.

The front desk peeps should explain how everything in the room works. They shouldn't assume that their rooms are oriented like every other hotels' rooms are. We didn't figure out how to adjust the a/c/heater unit because we were kinda tired and didn't look around to see it was controlled by a thermostat on the wall by the bed. Also, the blinds. When we entered the room about 8pm, the shade was almost see through. Neither of us could figure out if it was supposed to be that way or not. In reality, we found in the morning that there was a second shade that could be pulled down to make the shade completely non-see through from the outside. As it turned out, we were both deprived of a good night sleep due to the brightness of the parking lot lights.

This was my 3rd time staying here I believe and had wonderful stays the times before thus why I booked this location again and had another great stay as expected. Good location for spokane activities. Parking is secured and front doors open with your room key, nice, clean, comfy rooms. Seemed like the hotel was booked with lots of guests and next to the freeway, but didn't have any noise problems, the room was great. Wonderful staff, good breakfast options which included waffles, eggs, meat, yogurt, muffins, bagels, cereal, coffee, tea, and juice. Loved that there was always fresh lemon water down in the lobby that was available at any time. Will stay here again next time in town no doubt!

As others have mentioned about the 7 Eleven parking lot across the street from hotel (which the hotel has no control over that property), I didn't have any worries- felt the facility was secured in both parking and entrance and have had no problems my past three stays.

It was just for a layover after a long long drive by myself. I've stayed at other La Quintas and always been pleased, although sometimes I need to find more affordable options. The rate for this LQ was very reasonable, and once I drove into the neighbourhood I understand why. It's in a bit of a sketchy neighbourhood, although the hotel has great curb appeal and there's the terrific Dick's Drive-In just half a block away (unfortunately it was closed by the time I arrived - sad emoji!) ... The clerk was very personable and helpful, made check-in a breeze. The room was clean and comfortable. In the morning the breakfast was terrific. This is a great deal.

I wouldn't complain too much because the sketchy neighbourhood is reflected in the price. At no time did I feel threatened while I walked about in the evening (went to get a burger at Dick's). It is what it is.

I had asked for a walk-in shower but they didn't have one available. But they did give me a bath with grab bars and a shower chair. So thank you! Also, the tiles are non-slip on the floors! Very important for someone with physical problems. And of course, breakfast was great.

I'm going to address complaints that I read in reviews. There is only one elevator, but there are stairs that can be used by able bodied people. This lodging is in the downtown area and yes, there are homeless people just like in every city, heck even our small town of 700 people have homeless people. But, the parking lot is beautifully fenced in and patrolled regularly. We felt safe at all times.

EXCELLENT! Staff, from front desk to cleaning crews were courteous, attentive, helpful and so friendly. Loved it. The room was ultra clean -- I'm a clean freak when it comes to bedding and bathrooms. I was impressed. Looked new. The breakfast was a hot one. Good choices between usual fare of waffles, two types of scrambled eggs, sausage, ham, etc. Breads/bagels of various types. DELICIOUS Coffee! We spent two days there, and I actually considered spending a third but I figure on our way home we may hit them up again. Both my spouse and I loved our King bed. The couch was comfy, the desk was great to work on. Not sure what else I can say except: Stay here!!

My only MINOR issue was a lack of fresh fruit at breakfast. But, every other aspect of our stay made up for it. No big deal for us but I thought I'd mention it.
