Very simple and quick check in. The front Desk staff was super polite and inviting, sufficient. For the cost of my stay it was a Great Stay. Relaxing, and Definitely will return.

… The Cold Weather.( Tee hee hee) But as far as the Room. The only thing that comes to mind is a softer bed. Or pillow top cover. But for the cost of Room. That’s ridiculous to expect.

Despite some negative reviews, I was pleasantly surprised. The room was very clean, the air conditioner was loud but did the job super well, the bed was tough but slept like a baby, the ice machine downstairs was powerful which saved me a few bucks as I refilled my cooler for the next long leg of my drive. The reception guy was great and helpful (hi Davis!). No complaints whatsoever. Doesn’t get better value for money.

The morning front desk people are so nice and friendly, love their politeness and they always have a smile on their faces... now I do have one complaint and that's for the 2nd shift front desk clerk, she was very rude, unprofessional, lied to her boss Jessica about another guest throwing her phone which I was a witness and the guest from room 226 placed the desk clerk's phone on the counter and didn't throw it like the clerk said..also myself and my boyfriend have been staying here since the 28th of January and she is the only one who hasn't been nice..the cleaning crew is awesome and friendly, and our room is so comfortable and clean...

Staff was amazing I was treated so well and when I checked out I let the front desk know about a few issues in my room and they thanked me for telling them and told me they were glad to have me as a guest which I appreciated that.

The man working the front desk the night I checked in was so, so, so nice and accommodating. The facilities were also very clean, inside and outside. Ample parking and a great size grassy area for dogs. I will definitely be back next time I’m in Spokane!

There were some other guests that were up and somewhat noisy all night (repeatedly going outside to smoke and knocking on the door each time they needed back in) but that is no fault of the property.

The location is fantastic, and the ease of getting around the hotel is super easy

The washer and dryer were out of order and I counted on being able to wash laundry before the Christmas holiday. However, there's a 24 hr laundry mat about a half a mile down the road.

The staff was very accommodating we had taken food and they were willing to refrigerate it for us because we did not have a means to keep it cold. Whenever we saw staff they were very polite always acknowledged us with a good morning good afternoon how's your stay I thought they were very pleasant people.

What we did not like is and that's why I commented poorly on the cleanliness the top comfort on each bed was dirty when I brought it to the attention of the staff they were very accommodating at giving us two new top blankets. The other reason why I commented that I didn't thought the place was not cleanly is there was a cuss word etched into our mirror in the bedroom and we had a our little granddaughter 13 with us and when we brought it to the attention of the staff she came in with tape and taped over it and said she would correct that problem with having the mirror removed from the room of course when we checked out the following day, while we were there we couldn't see it, she had covered it nicely.

The front desk people and housekeeping staff were very friendly and helpful when something came up...they were very accommodating and addressed any issues or questions promptly

People who were guests with animals didn't pick up after their animals even though the motel provided poop bags to use.

The room was quiet. No outside noise even though we were next to the freeway.

Only coffee was served for breakfast. We were expected to pay a $50 no smoking deposit which was not stated on the website or on the booking receipt.

The customer service on my bill and reimbursing me for what was due pus some. I appreciate it. Truly.

Timely reimbursement of 50 owed back. Since this did not happen, mgt compensated and as I said that is and was greatly appreciated. Comfortable.
