the hotel is new, clean, comfortable & stylish. I loved the shower!

it is a shame for a nice hotel to be stuck with bad circumstances beyond their control. This hotel has a homeless encampment right across the street with the homeless staggering around. Also, an incredible amount of trash around. it does not make you feel safe on the outside of the hotel

In general the hotel looks new-ish, though some minor maintenance things have started to creep in. All reception staff we encountered was friendly, so was the staff breakfast room. The breakfast was continental and food was kept well stocked. Fresh scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuit, gravy, and bacon were available in the hot section, and a good selection of bread and pastries, some fruit as well. Yoghurt, cereal, juices, coffee, tea. The queen beds had a good feel to them, I rested well. The shower supplied hot water quickly and consistently. There's a nice pool in the gym area open at most hours. Staff did turn the room every day. There was a security guard that watched also over the parking lot.

Breakfeast buffet is done with paper plates and plastic "silverware." Proper dishes and silverware could be expected at the price point of this establishment. WiFi and the Netflix app were not properly set up on the in-room TV. We reported it in the early evening, it wasn't resolved before we left the next day. I recommend bringing ear plugs because depending on side of building the noise from the interstate will pick up in the morning.

This is a beautiful hotel I love that I was the first people to stay in the room that we were in. Everything was so sleek and modern it was very visually appealing.

It took me a while to think of something that I didn't like. And the only thing I came up with was that when I went outside to smoke a cigarette late at night the front door was locked when I tried to come back in and it took me a minute to get the lady's attention to let me back in and it was pouring down rain.

The Hotel staff, very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean, comfy and quiet.

Hard to regulate Air Conditioner . Turn it on low got too warm in room, turned it up and I almost froze to death overnight. The cleaning staff did not check with you to see if you needed any clean towels or garbage pickup. I saw them walking around- but never did I see them cleaning any rooms. Cleaning staff should be more active with guest, making sure rooms are clean and guest not needing any towels.

The room was clean and comfortable, standard hotel type room but no complaints. Staff at the front desk were courteous and professional.

Breakfast included with the room was nice but the food selection needs updating for today's dietary needs, i.e. gluten-free or non-dairy. Also, the fresh fruit provided was overripe. There were a couple times staff help was needed (coffee urn was empty). The staff were in the back room area on their phone.

It wasn’t the facility I didn’t like it was what was across the street a whole tent community super dirty and cluttered with garbage. Not the hotels fault. They had excellent security and an excellent facility. Just do not think they should be allowed in the state at all. and the price was jacked way up high because they had a wrestling state match or some thing in the Tacoma Dome. Way too expensive.

The room was very clean and modern and everything was in working order. Blackout screen for window was a nice bonus. There were hangers, an iron, coffee maker, and fridge. Great shower head & pressure.

There was an alarm that was constantly going off outside, which is not their fault. It wasn't crazy loud but loud enough to be annoying. Not sure if it was coming from the Goodwill or the adult store, both next to the Hotel.

Cleanliness

The receptionists are friendly and tried their best to help customer upon checking in. But I think they need more training on a computer. They are having difficulties checking us in after more than 30mins and finally found my reservation after another person intervened. The house keeper didn’t provide us clean towels and take trash out after we have asked them twice.

I like the staff and the rooms; the breakfast is great. I like the security for the parking lot and all the staff were very friendly.

The homeless camps around the hotel, it was a very uncomfortable stay with all the riff raff running around the outside of the building. constant chaos on the outside of the bilding, very scary

The hotel is brand new. Every thing is fresh and clean. The location is convenient to I-5. My bed was very comfortable. Wi-fi worked well. Breakfast was very nice.

The staff seems to still be working out "bugs". While nothing was a big issue there were several instances where things could/should have worked better. The hotel is located near a rather large camp of homeless people. I never felt unsafe, but I guess this is just the was things are in some urban areas these days.
