Staff was awesome and very accommodating. Hotel was clean and so was the room. Breakfast options were very good for being free.

Location is good, but neighborhood is not the best. Hotel does a good job keeping its guest safe with the facilities. The biggest issue is that this hotel is directly below the flight path to the local army base. They house massive low flying airplanes there that will rumble the whole hotel from time to time when they fly over. This is not like the typical airport hotel where you can hear planes from time to time. When they fly over you will know it. It would wake you up from a dead sleep no problem. However in our 2 night staff there we only heard them 2 times.

Room was big, like it was meant for two beds, but we had just one. Room was clean, updated bathroom, breakfast was good. Previous issues with homeless have been taken care of. Did not see a single homeless person.

The room description said “sofa bed” included in the room, but there was only a chaise. If you wanted to sleep on it, good luck. Upon arrival we had to wait a few minutes before checking in because the computer system was down. Not a big deal as it was just a couple of minutes to restart. Also was charged more than the Priceline confirmed charge, but one phone call and was credited the difference.

The room was perfect for someone with a handicap. Wonderful selection of coffee along with hot water for the wide range of tea's. Wonderful selection of breakfast food. The combination of swimming pool and hot tub was very nice. The hot tub was exactly what I needed after driving all day. The young lady that checked me in was very nice, even though me and my aunt wasn't supposed to be able to check in until 3 pm she was able to get us checked in before noon. Definitely will stay here again.

Only having one card for two people. Having to have a card to do anything, using the elevator. Not having internet access. Don't know if it was the hotel or what but even the young lady at the front desk couldn't get it to work.

good time for breakfast, room clean and neat, spend time relax. Next time I visit, I will bring my children and or my whole family to spend time with me during my trip. I am so proud of this hotel, thank you helping me out of looking for any information I need and want. I will share your hotel information to all my friends and family out there. Once again, thank you very much and appreciated.

Well, all hotels have likes and dislikes, we have to be patience in certain way, especially this time of COVID disease, everybody has its own way to boost it up, we have to either go with the flow or we have obeyed the hotel policies and rules... Well, that's me, different people, different perspective. It's all good

Shower had actual water pressure that we did not need to run around to get wet. Staff was very helpful and so nice. We were shocked by how easy they made our stay. Felt safe in the gated area.

There was nothing to dislike. Breakfast was great, the lady helping setup breakfast Wednesday morning was nice and funny. We did not use the pool and it actually was working.

too many kids running around on Saturday night and drunk adults in lobby. staff did shut them down though. Also when I booked through booking.com the hotel couldn’t find my reservation for a good while. I’m Beas tired and had to wait almost an hour to be checked in

We have stayed here frequently and find it's location perfect for our activities. And there is a Starbucks just up the street.

With the new hotel open next to the Hampton and the issue of homeless persons across the road, we felt crowded. We weren't but we felt it. Not being able to use the rear gate was disappointing - the main driveway is steep and usually crowded.

Breakfast was good, being available until 10 AM worked well for us. Staff were friendly and helpful.

It would be nice to have a second chair of some sort in the room - with two of us using computers and only one chair desk, one of us is always left out. The transient/homeless population (tents within 50' of the hotel) makes our stay seem less secure, even with the fence.

Booking through 3rd party. They won't work with you for any changes you wanna make. Wanted to upgrade to king suite but was told to contact booking.com. tried to contact booking.com but was on hold forever and just stuck to what we got. Was great in the past but won't do reservations on this site again.

Horrible parking situation. There were industrial trucks and vans parking parallel in spots taking 5-6 parking stalls at a time. Neighbourhood was full of women of ill repute and substance pushers and abuser's everywhere on the streets.
