Clean room and quite my stay was very good. The manager was very understanding and helpful. We have birds and the limit on pets is 2. The manager gave a chance but the birds was just to noisy and they got three complaints so it just didn't work out. I am not from indonisa don't know where that came from i am from here in Tacoma, WA.

Just the fact that we couldn't have our birds but i understood why. It had nothing to do with staff or management. .

Room was on the first level. It was clean, neat, and comfortable. Some staff seemed very helpful. Parking was close to my hotel room.

I didn't like that the staff was rigid, or just following rules strictly. I have a foot injury and I am to walk minimally on it. I had to walk 3x to the office and have my room key reset. When I wanted fresh towels, the staff would not bring them down, and insisted I bring used towels to the office. So I had to drive them up with my car to get fresh towels. I walk with a medical boot which clearly communicates to others I have a foot injury, and I also walk with a cane.

The breakfast wasn't really that great coffee was watery but who cares the people really cool awesome attitude and the ladies even clean my room when I asked them to

The spa was out of service and I expected to be able to do laundry in the laundry facility yet it was not running I had to leave the around so to do my laundry to leave my room which was inconvenient considering the advertisement said that it was available

Asked for a nonsmoking room and once I entered the room it smelled like cigarettes! I tried to deal with the smell but being a person who doesn’t smoke it bothered me so I called the office and they were so helpful in switching me into another room. So overall experience was great. Employees were prompt in resolving my issue.

Staff and stay was amazing

Drunks are everywhere but had a guy bust out glass and get fire extinguisher and spray it all over rooms across the court way from us and screaming as he did it and then he ran away Not their fault but kids did witness this

Staff. Room was ready and well prepared.checkin and check out were smooth and pretty quick. TY.

The quality of the product was low. Thin bedding, cracked sink basin, cabinets has a splatter of a previous guest's liquid. Thankfully it didn't look like blood. Shower pressure was okay. Charging for b shampoo was bizarre to me - A huge turn-off.

Proximity to several restaurants.

Although I booked a 6 night stay, the key card needed réactivation each of the first 3 days. Also, thé control in the bathroom that switched the spray from shower to tub was stuck in the shower mode & wouldn’t permit the tub to fill when I was hoping for a good orthopedic hot water soak. When I reported it, I was told that a remodel is expected shortly, so that repair was a low priority.

The women Tracee that worked the frontdesk/check-in was helpful & very nice,she went out of her way to help us find a safe place to park my boyfriends truck. She was great to talk with.

That there was no parking next to our room,we had to drive to the other side & park. They don't have enough parking on the side of the motel we were on.

The room was very clean and cozy! The location was very quiet, and close to restaurants, stores and the mall.

My only complaint would be that I needed a heavier blanket to stay a bit warmer, but overall it was an excellent stay.

The front desk girl at check in was very pleasant and friendly. Again when I checked out, staff was very friendly. This kind of thing matters to me. I’m Canadian 🇨🇦

There was no plug for the bathtub. I had to use a wash cloth to fill the tub
