The manager, I think his name was Sean, was exceptionally patient and thorough during check-in and out. He even located my USB cord for me after I checked out and got directions to the BK in the area for me before I was even done discussing it with another desk clerk. All of the other staff were kind, professional and caring, as well. The breakfasts came up a bit short, selection-wise, but were prepared perfectly by the cook. My room was clean and well-lit. All window covers worked and the bed was comfortable. The hotel even had security. The exterior was very well kept; no litter and garbage cans were maintained.

The area is not the greatest. While security handled a couple of trespassers, they were still disconcerting. Again, this is no fault of the hotel's. There is a homeless area just down the road and a couple of gas stations have bars on their windows. The breakfast choices with the room-rate were too limited. Basically, any combination of eggs, sausage, bacon and potatoes. It was delicious, just limited.

Ashley went above and beyond to help me resolve the situation when I had a card issue and was very pleasant the remainder of my stay. I loved being greeted upon entering the lobby. Tasha has a bright and cheery personality and was also very cordial and helpful. Dinner was really good and they had yummy snacks and incidentals in the lobby to ensure my stay was a lovely experience. I was also given a room near the elevator which was a bonus. I was on the freeway side of the building and the windows really were soundproof! I appreciate the separate blind which only filters out some light. Great stay all around.

The room doors are very heavy and there is no way to keep them open. This makes it difficult to get luggage in and out of the room. That was really the only issue.

The front desk staff were really nice and helpful. Very friendly disposition. Access to the public transportation system was easy as the bus stop was right outside the hotel. The bed was really comfortable and the pillow soft as a cloud. I would definitely stay here again.

Noise from the nearby road. Although the ear plugs provided by the hotel helped. The daily housekeeping was really superficial. The water in the tub took forever to drain.

This was a fantastic spot for our group of 4! The check-in was seamless with friendly staff, the room was clean, and the check-out was smooth. There is Mega Pharmacy, H Mart Tacoma, 7-Eleven and Shell gas station close by driving if you needed to grab anything. The parking included was such a nice touch. I would recommend staying here.

The facility was clean and room was comfortable. The "traditional" breakfast that was part of the room fee was quite adequate. I substituted fresh fruit for the potato. The dining room attendant was friendly and food was delivered quickly and with a smile!

We absolutely loved the beds, they were extremely comfortable and soft. Also the block out blind, the view of Mt Rainier and the huge tv. Also the toiletries in the bathroom, excellent idea.

The bathroom was a little small, if anything. But still not bad!

We had a comfortable stay in a well equipped hotel. The swimming pool was an added attraction.

The location is somewhat noisy given its close proximity to a highway. It became "background" noise, but people who are very sensitive to noise may not like this aspect.

We were passing through on the way back up to SeaTac. Despite some card issues staff were kind patient and very helpful. Pool & hot tub were great.

They play music in the parking lot? More of a personal preference I just don't enjoy

We loved the shower, the shampoo and conditioners in the bathroom, the beds were comfy, the remote to open and close the blinds and make it DARK, the pool and hot tub. Pretty much everything. It was cozy, and it was fairly easy to enjoy with kids

Attentive staff, hot tub & pool, food/bar onsite, free parking, comfortable beds and rooms! And the bartender was very personable.

Person in next room over (with a shared door) was singing loudly at 10 pm. I called the front desk and it stopped soon after. The hallway reeked of cigarette/pot (?) smoke in the morning. Neither of these are the fault of the hotel. They just minor annoyances. I would stay here again!
