the room was very nice. it was clean and comfortable and more than we were expecting. it’s near the freeway entrance too so it was really convenient to drive into Tacoma from there. it is also only 15 minutes away from sheilacoom park and we loved checking that out.

no complaints. there was nothing that didn’t exceed our expectations.

We had stayed there before and we needed a few days away from some horrid neighbors to get some sleep and relax close to home and work. It was just what we needed and we were comfortable and relaxed the entire stay. Staff is always great :) thank you so much and please let all of them know they are appreciated and there dedication was noticed!!!!

In general as its not really important just a bit of a hassle. It would be great if you see a customer who has booked in advance a few days or more that there were more bathroom and kitchen supplies. We usually do the cleanup the entire time we are there so the housekeeper doesn't have to worry about it and we can sleep in. It would be nice to see a toaster oven, extra Dishwasher soap, towels, paper towels utensils and cooking equipment in room. Also plates cups and bowls can opener etc. This has nothing to do with staff just necessity and policy im sure, so this doesnt take from there excellent service. Thank you so much.

I was faced with a situation due to another hotel chain canceling on me and the front desk people at Candlewood were so helpful and accomidating, really brought my anxiety down, got me a beautiful room with no reservation mind you and truly made my day!!! They were both kind and helpful!!

There wasn't anything I didn't like

I absolutely love this place!! Each time I stay here it gets better!! The staff is so friendly and gelpful, location is perfect, rooms are spacioys and clean.

The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was great, except I would've liked a bed in the main room as well as the one in the bedroom. Sofa bed wasn't very comfortable. Great stay though.

Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Glad to met Erica and hope to see again next time I'm in town.

The room smelled like wet rag but other than that, it had everything we needed.

The friendly clerk at check in. The big room and all the utensils if we needed to use the kitchen. safe area.
