I thought the motel itself, the room and the cleanliness was exceptional.

When I booked my reservation at booking.com I booked a room at one price but when I got there they said it was $30 more because I had not booked the proper rooms. When I told them what booking.com had they said that must’ve been a mistake. So to get the room I wanted I paid the extra $30. I do not feel that was right to advertise one thing and charge me for another. Also, Having to pay for parking at a motel you are staying at is wrong.

The breakfast was really good and the dining room view was excellent. Got to enjoy the scenery while enjoying a good meal. Love that the jacuzzi was definitely in great condition as well as clean. Remote actuated shutters were definitely a nice touch. Even though i don’t do rooms near elevator i didnt really here too much from outside my door. Which was really nice of course. Everyone i talked to were respectful and nice. Lastly, i loved the fireplace/Heater really a nice homey touch.

The cleanliness around the tables were not cleaned up at breakfast. The whole thing of trying to connect your phone to the tv was cool. But once connected i thought i could cast netflix but instead it sucked because it was just another remote for the tv. Like why not have a tv like the hiltons of being able to use a smart tv to its full capabilities. If i were you i would change that setting or just take the whole connecting off the tv and just use remote.

Everything about the room was fabulous. It was very comfortable, the view was stunning and I even loved listening to the trains as they went by. The staff were lovely and the breakfast was yummy - so much so that there were enough tables to sit at when we went down because all the guests were wanting breakfast at the same time. :-)

The only disappointment was that the parking spaces, which have to be paid for ($16 per day) are not guaranteed. I do not drive a compact car, but when I returned from my business the evening of the night we stayed, there were ONLY compact spaces left because the non-compact spaces were filled with compact cars.

This was our 2nd time staying here and we will return. It is a beautiful location with easy access to a paved walking trail along the water. We had a top floor room and a spectacular sunset that we watched from the room. The room was clean and we had a very comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was also clean and well stocked with toiletries. It had 2 refrigerators, one for water and/or wine and another for food items that was colder. The breakfast here is fantastic! Not your typical fare.

I hate paying extra for parking and $16 seems steep. The windows opened with some difficulty because the mechanisms were broken. The windows could also benefit from having screens to keep the bugs out. If you don't like to hear trains, this hotel is not for you. With the windows closed, it was not a problem for us.

Room 336 had an exceptional view. It was the year of my 50th high school reunion so the view of Vashon Island was important to me. I stayed there 2 times on this vacation. The 1st time in Rm 330 and the view was good, the 2nd time in Rm 336 and the view was exceptional and the Rm had a Jacuzzi. More expensive but worth it for this special occasion.

The bacon was not good and overcooked.

We dropped our bags off early since we needed to shop for college. When we returned our bags were delivered to our room. It was wonderful and with all the items we purchased we were located on the first floor, so convenient. The view was awesome, breakfast delicious. We enjoyed having our dinners in the lobby so we could enjoy the view. We enjoyed ourselves so much, I canceled reservations in downtown and booked another stay.

View and room were amazing. Parking lot was a bit small but was expecting that.

It was overall an amazing experience. Only one thing I didn’t like was someone next to our room had a dog that barked a few times early morning time.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and had single King size bed which was very comfortable and had a variety of pillows to use. The room also had a small refrigerator and sink with coffee and tea. The view was spectacular looking over the bay. We had plenty of towels and amenities in the bathroom along with a magnifying make-up mirror. The small closet was perfect for hanging out coats. Breakfast started at 0630 and was a nice hot meal of scrambled eggs, sausage, fried potatoes plus toast (English muffins also available) All the other usual breakfast items including cereal, yogurt,coffee, tea and juice. The dining area was very comfortable and also had a nice view. The staff were friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. We love the location for a morning walk along the harbor.

The train tracks run very close to the hotel thus it was a little annoying. I don't like having to pay for parking on top of the room rate but this seems to be a common practice

Gorgeous view of sound. Hotel sits on water so almost every room has a nice view. Good breakfast, hot eggs, potatoes and meat. Belgian Waffle Maker with fixins and fresh fruit. Minimal selection on yogurt.

No pool or hot tub. Older property, but well maintained. Booking.com address sent us to their newer hotel about 2 miles further down the road, unloaded and ready to check in, then found out we were mis-navigated. They said it happens a lot so wondering why it hasn't been fixed.

Location is excellent. While there is a newer silver cloud on the water not far from this one, this particular hotel is not in a commercial district. Yet so close to all the amenities. Access to the waterfront walking/jogging trail is right outside and the large private dock is ideal!
