Since my return to the U.S. in 2019 this is the 1st time, staying in a hotel, wherein the Staff, across the board, made me & my family feel that we were actually valued, as guests. Receptionist were very friendly & attentive, housekeeping actually visited our room (This hasn't happened in YEARS); &, the lady who managed the morning breakfast is phenomenal; in her service to hotel guests: I was extremely impressed. The lobby presentation was beautiful; &, the facilities were kept very clean.. We found the hotel to be very conveniently located; wherein shopping & dining provisions are concerned.

Zero downside.

Everything was clean, our room was big, bed was comfy, and it was reasonably priced. About an hour away from the gorge amphitheater which is good given the location. Also central to everything in Wenatchee.

We booked a room that came with a jetted tub which I was super excited for, but unfortunately the plug was broken or malfunctioning for it and I couldn’t even get the tub to fill up high enough to use the jets. It sucked paying extra to not even get to use it. Also, I’m not going to lie the looks on the outside of the property / parking lot I was a little nervous about staying here. The inside of the hotel looked great though and changed my mind. We just made sure to not leave anything valuable in the car.

Breakfast was extensive. Fruit and yogurt was a plus. Access to our vehicle via the patio was a joy and made packing up considerably simpler and less fatiguing. Greatly appreciated the onsite laundry.

I'd prefer the soap and shampoo/conditioner to be in pump containers. It's wasteful having half finished bars of soap and shampoos which have to be thrown away after each guest visit because of hygiene. Inadequate bedside lighting for reading.

I am Good golly mad that it took 4 days for me to receive my incidentals back. I was seriously needed that money and they assured me that it would be in my account the next day. I mean what is Best Western doing just holding people's money investing in the stock market and then giving it back to them? I was very disappointed that they took so long to give me my money back very disappointed indeed.

The room was everything we wanted. Breakfast offered a wide range of choices, hot and cold. A bonus was to find lactose free yogurts as my wife has a lactose intolerance. The balconies outside each room were a bonus. Staff very efficient and friendly. Special mention to Katie.

Being very picky the carpet by the door onto the patio was worn and needs replacing

Very helpful and accommodating, great full choices for breakfast and hot coffee available throughout the day. Rooms very clean and spacious with all the amenities readily available. Super friendly staff with lots of smiles!

Jasmine, the front desk clerk, was superbly helpful and caring. The cleaning staff was friendly and happy. They do a fantastic job of keeping the rooms clean and smelling fresh. I highly recommend this hotel and will definitely book again the next time I visit.

Very good breakfast selections, fluffy biscuits, gravy, waffle maker, cereal, breads, juices, etc Could change selections up a bit more often.

No elevator, but allowed me to burn some calories. Toilet TOO LOW TO THE GROUND.

Breakfast had many good choices of food. The motel was quiet at night. Rooms were bigger than other motels that I have at.

Motel needs to have all staff members to be able to help guests with problems of connecting to the internet and their laptops.

The hotel had an excellent breakfast, waffles, eggs, potatoes, cereal, coffee and tea, juices, milk. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of space to walk around. Friendly staff.
