Lots of space in the room, the bathroom was spacious also and had good amenities. Lovely view out of the sliding glass doors. The kitchen was a very nice surprise. The nice receptionist gave us a good tip about the taxi service so my husband and I could celebrate our Anniversary without worrying about him having a couple of beers and driving.

I think the carpet may need replacing soon. I also thought I had notified the hotel that stairs were a problem for me (I am on an Oxygen machine). So having a downstairs room was more difficult. Next time we book I will call and speak to the staff to verify our room placement.

Truly enjoyed staying at this hotel off the beaten path so to speak. It wasn't what I expected at first but it turned out to be a true gem. The beautiful view of the river was so nice to take in all day long. The pool was small but did the job and it was so nice and quiet in the rooms. Everyone was so friendly. Guests and staff. Not like the big hotels. Beds were cozy and we had what we needed. Would definitely go back.

Could have used a few more breakfast options like pancakes or waffles and better toiletries.

My room was comfortable and very clean with nice plush towels. The Keurig coffee machine made good coffee, the lighted makeup mirror was a nice touch. Best of all was the balcony overlooking the river which was the perfect spot to drink my morning coffee and provided a cooling breeze in the evening and "white noise" to disguise any sound from Hwy 2 (which was barely visible through the trees.)

The mini-fridge was great but I wished it might have had a freezer compartment to re-freeze my ice packs. But that's just a minor point.

Would’ve been a 10/10 if the pool was open especially as it was the hottest weekend so far this year! But room was clean and very nice, river view was gorgeous, the tv actually had multiple channels you could watch a first for us and we were supplied with lots of towels etc. comfy beds and lots of pillows and as a personal bonus they have wild marmots living on the property, I love those little guys!

The only slight negative was the pool closure it being so incredibly hot but I understand with COVID it can’t be helped

The staff was very friendly and let us know what was going on in town. We had a small issue with our TV and the lady at the front desk had it fixed within a few minutes. We loved the view and listening to the river at night while watching the meteor shower and aurora. It was beautiful. In the morning we enjoyed watching the deer and groundhogs and the birds. We had a very memorable stay. 10/10.

The staff was excellent. Great location, nice view of the river. Clean and comfortable room and bed. The AC was on in the room was nice and cool on a hot day when we checked in.

If I had to nitpick, I would say the countertop in the bathroom could use replacing. But still in perfectly fine working order. A little pricey for the room, but not horrible.

The view had to be the most amazing in entire Leavenworth. Not kidding! The room had a breathtaking view of the river and even had a patio. That will definitely make you feel the magic of being in Leavenworth even when you are in your room. Downtown was not far. Maybe a 15 minute walk. Loved how spacious and clean the room was. Very cozy vibes. The hot tub was great!

The one and only thing I would have really preferred was a good breakfast. Due to COVID, they had easy grab and go breakfast like some breakfast bars, yogurt, apples, coffee/juice, and packaged oatmeals. Yes, COVID is around, however a breakfast buffet could have been managed. For example, place gloves for people to wear while touching handles when they self serve. All other hotels were having proper breakfasts.

My wife and I like the location. The breakfast was good. However, four years ago when we visited, the breakfast was better. Perhaps the high prices of foods have to do with this. None the less, we will be back. We love scenic routes and the travel over no. 2 highway and hwy 20 back to Canada, are a delight.

Perhaps the breakfast. Since it is for free, I may not complain. We stayed in room 12 were the fridge is a but noisy, but that's all.

The view was good but not great as it was married by a bunch of cabins and cars across the river. The ad does not show that in the pictures, it should to set expectations. The staff were awesome and the rooms clean.

Railings on the balcony block the view of the river, should be replaced with a less obstructive material. Beds are tired and need replacing. Better sound proofing so the people above us don't keep us up til 1am stomping around and dropping their bowling ball collection on their granite slab collection.

One of the main reasons I booked this place was because I was hoping for German-style breakfast as pictured in the photos on Alpine Rivers Inn Website. Was disappointed to receive a message less than 24 hours prior to checking in that that would not be offered due to covid - 2 years into covid. Prices should have reflected this change or there should be notice on the website/removal of hot breakfast photos.
