Location was perfect for walking around Wenatchee

Room had an unpleasant odour. Had to leave door open to help air flow. Windows do not open and ac unit was loud, noisy. Feel the smell (mold, dank, unpleasant to say the least) was from the ac unit or the carpeting. Room 536 Breakfast on Sunday was a bit of a nightmare as the hotel had been fully booked with attendees and their parents for a hockey camp. Cereal every on the floor. Spilled milk too. Only clean up happened after the breakfast closed down. Pool on Saturday afternoon was unusable due to screaming kids, running and jumping in the pool. Not saying they shouldn’t have fun but a hotel staff member should have been around at least to try and calm the situation so that other guests could use the pools and hot tubs.

I very happy with the ability to be able to check in earlier. The pool was super nice, and warm. We were able to swim from the inside pool to the outside portion of the pool. The hot tub was really nice, and there were fresh towels prepared outside the pool for all guests. The hotel was really clean, and nice compared to few of the hotels I have been to for the price.

As soon as we got in to our room, it smelled weird and the sink was backing up. However, Maintenance came quickly but the issue was not resolved we had to switch rooms.

First let me compliment the housecleaning staff for a very clean room, greatly appreciated. The location of the hotel is excellent.

Disappointed the top floor restaurant was closed. Was not aware at the time of booking. The other very disappointing part of the stay is the continental breakfast, It was pitiful. NO juice, fresh or canned fruit, no pastry or muffins or toast. Coffee, yogurt,some dried cereal, and granola bars are geared to children. That's it. You really should consider an upgrade

Great location, with walking distance to downtown stores and the river walk. The free shuttle to and from airport. Free beverages, apple and candies in the lobby.

The breakfast is very simple with bare minimum with oatmeal, cereals, cold eggs, milk and granola bars. It would be good to have banana and other fresh fruits as well as some hot foods like pancakes, scramble eggs, hash brown, etc.

Clean comfortable room, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff. Very pleasant stay, would recommend and stay again myself. The bed was really cozy and the location is prime, walking distance to lots of food, shopping and coffee.

Nothing that I didn’t like about this place or our stay. Positive experience all around and would both recommend and would stay again.

This motel is clean and in excellent shape. Breakfast is microwave sausage, egg Mcmuffins. They are good. Also, instant oatmeal, yogurt, other cold cereals, and coffee are served. No complaints, not the greatest , but pretty decent and clean.

Our clock alarm and the one next door both went off at 5:40 a.m. l had to turn on the light to learn how to shut it off.

Beds were comfy. Place was very clean. Staff was very professional & very accomodating. Location is the best!! Within walking distance to lots of stuff.

Didn't like the pillows, not very comfortable. The bathroom did not have a fan (In Canada that is against building codes). Rooftop restaurant was not open.

We did send two messages in advance to ask if we could check in earlier, but they didn't respond. Eventually, when we arrived earlier, we asked the reception in person. We still had to wait a few hours, but we luckily could check in a bit earlier.

Breakfast is minimal due to COVID-19 restrictions, but certainly adequate! The location is ideal being situated within walking distance of the unique boutiques, services, and the public market. It is also only 25 minutes to Mission Ridge (ski area) and East Wenatchee is five minutes across the bridge. Nearby attractions are reasonable distances on good roads from Wenatchee and the hotel is again minutes from the highways. Quiet despite being on a busy street. Staff are helpful and friendly. Ample and easy parking, beautiful and relaxing lobby, easy internet access, pool and hot tub (refreshing and soothing after being outdoors all day) - all was great for us!

If only we had been able to stay longer! Responsibilities and snow in the passes made it necessary to return home. We will return soon! We truly have no complaints and enjoyed our stay fully. Thank you!

Microwave, ventilation in the bathroom, bigger tv to see when your laying in the bed.

The pool was only open on the inside, wasn’t notified at all and nothing was posted just a cover over it. The breakfast was just cereal, granola bars, juice, milk and breakfast sandwiches you had to put in the microwave with only 2 microwaves.
