I loved everything about the hotel. the staff were super beyond friendly. They felt like friends and the hotel felt like home away from home. I will definitely be returning to this hotel. breakfast was pretry great!

They wasn’t enough parking but hotel was very accommodating but technically it wasn't the hotel's fault. A guest who was hauling a boat took up like 10+ parking spots and left us and other guests no where to park. Also, Katie running the bar at night was super short staffed. she did an amazing job and was super professional under the stress of running the bar and restaurant by herself. But I think they need to give her another employee to help her. also the guests she was helping at the bar weren't very understanding or patient and wanted to be served asap. Katie managed very well all the orders from food to serving, to making the drinks for people. I wish breakfast was included in the price.

We loved the bridge into downtown and we loved being close to the market. There was a charger close by for our EV. The outdoor area by the river was beautiful. The room was spacious, clean and had everything we needed.

The bed was too hard. We both had a hard time getting comfortable and woke up feeling sore and not rested. We loved the hotel and would come back except for the bed.

Our dinner was disappointing. First, they were out of the shrimp. Second, both our salmons were tasty but dry, so we immediately requested melted butter. We had to ask a second time only to be told the kitchen was busy. Finally we got the melted margarine (it was NOT butter!) but our salmon was cold by then. The waitress comp'ed us, so we appreciated that, but the experience was very disappointing. Additionally, none of the staff were really dressed well for what we expected at a Hilton.

Beautiful location and loved that it was right next to the PYBUS market.

They did not have our reservation. Not sure if that was a bookings.com problem or there problem yet but it became our problem. I reserved our room using my "wallet" credit but ended up having to pay out of pocket, luckily Steve found us room.

I liked the style of the room and bathroom. We had an amazing view from our bedroom of the river. It was very quite and the location of the hotel was perfect and close to everything needed in case of emergencies.

I did not like the pool room, too strong of a smell. Also the online did not mention needed to be 21 to check in thought that was weird, that needs to be much more clear. Good thing my birthday was on the next day so they let us stay otherwise we just drive 4hrs for no reason, the lady was a bit rude but she said she'll let us slide this time. Other than that everything else was good.

We were warmly greeted by the staff, and immediately given the recommendation to check out Pybus Place Market, which was only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. Truly enhanced our stay! The location was great and the room and hotel were great quality. Would recommend.

My family and I really enjoyed staying here, I’ve stayed here once before and had no issues whatsoever. It’s a great walk to town and beautiful scenery! One big thing is that the parking lot is a full 180° view, so wherever your room is, you can park anywhere and still see your car. Also the staff is wonderful and helpful with any needs you may have!

Breakfast buffet was very good variety and you could order off the menu too. Dinner/appetizers were also good. Chicken wings were the best.

The swimming pool was way too small for the amount of people that was using it. The deck around the pool was very slippery and caused many people to slip. Luckily no one was hurt. It was also way too noisy and was uncomfortable to stay very long being a small room. The hot tub was okay however the noise echoed so loud it was uncomfortable to continue.

We had a wonderful time. This is a very nice, new property that had excellent customer service as well as very clean quiet rooms. If we were to be back in the area we would definitely stay here. We were able to walk to dinner, listen to live music, feel completely safe and woke up to a gorgeous morning mountain Riverview.

New and clean facility, located next the the river (great for travelers with children), the market, and across the walkable bridge from downtown. Good continental breakfast outside (I would like to especially compliment Jaden at the restaurant for his great customer service).
