SpringHill Suites Wenatchee

The staff was so friendly! They went out of their way to accommodate my family. We also appreciated this facility having a larger room for our family of 6.

The pool was cold! We could barely stand being in the pool room because our eyes and lungs were burning from too much chlorine. That was a bummer for the kids! The beds weren’t the most comfortable either, but there have been worse!

I loved the size of the room. I also loved the pull out couch that was great for the kids. It was a beautiful room all around. And the hotel was very accommodating keeping us all together.

My shower was broken and my coffee maker was dirty. I was also told dogs were not allowed at this hotel. So I boarded my dog before I came. Just to find out dogs are allowed. Their were dogs everywhere and my pull out couch had dog hair on it.

The room was very nice. The lobby and breakfast area was very comfortable.

We stayed for a week. At check-in, we requested stayover service for every other day, however in the 7 nights we stayed, we did not recieve service one time. Even after requesting it on two separate days. All we wanted was our trash removed...

Everything was great! We were on our way home from Silverwood back to Marysville and left late. We booked a room off the app and were so happy we did! The room was super clean and looked new, I really liked the layout. The front desk staff was amazing, the pool and hot tub were awesome, breakfast was one of the best we’ve ever seen at a hotel. Free cookies at night. We even did laundry because we’d run out of clean clothes which was a 1st for us at a hotel. They have a little store downstairs that made it so easy. A++

Room was quiet, clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable which is really the most important thing for me. I got a good night's sleep! There was a great Italian restaurant across the street, highly recommended.

Breakfast was nothing special. Other than that, I was very pleased with my entire experience. Would stay here again. Nothing to add.

This property has a great staff, nice rooms, and is within easy access to all the tourist stops. They had wine available every night between 5pm and 7pm, a well stocked store, free suckers for kids like me and, oh, did I mention they had a great staff? There are many restaurants available within walking distance and a movie theatre showing top rate movies just 3 miles away.

These are just little things, but there was ice available only on the ground floor and they served the same thing (eggs & bacon) every morning.

The suite was very enjoyable. In particular, the couch/hide a bed was very comfortable to sit on to watch TV. The bed was great. Having a separate bathroom and shower room was very convenient. Breakfast was great. We enjoyed the location and felt it was close to the things we needed access to.

Our room was spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. The staff was super helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and experienced. The laundry room was super clean and provided plenty of folding space.

Did not have the breakfast as preferred to eat out Room was great, spacious, plenty of room for luggage, the 2 little bathrooms were a real bonus. Liked the desk space, lighting for work and reading, the slightly separate fridge and microwave. Guest laundry was excellent.

When turning on the faucet for the shower, you have to step into the shower and right in front of the shower head, getting full body blast of cold water.

The hotel is easy to find and access. The rooms are comfortable and the layout with separate toilet and bathing rooms is a nice touch.

I appreciate that the hotel is trying to offer its breakfast as usual, but managing customers who spread out with extended family members, all without masks was disconcerting. There were too many people in the small breakfast spaces for it to be wise, especially with people eating and drinking. Perhaps it should be grab and go. I think the staff needs help in managing mask mandates.
