The location. The amazing staff. The breakfast was fantastic, the staff made sure that if something was near empty, they restocked it right away. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. The river view room we booked had some flowers and such things planted in the view as well and it was all around amazing. Very pleased with this hotel. I've stayed here one other time and the service is consist.

Super busy at check in, had to wait for our room to be ready until almost 5.

Room was great as I have a pet and the room was much appreciated to reflect pets' comfort also. Location is excellent and the river view is beautiful.

I liked this Inn as I have stayed here every time we are at in this location, The room is comfortable, and the staff is friendly. Look forward to staying here on our next trip. There is nothing to dislike.

Room with a river view on first floor and liked the view. Had little bags of popcorn ready at check-in which was a nice touch and made my teenager very happy.

Staff missed a pizza box sitting on one of the deck chairs outside from a prior guest (it was rainy so I didn't need to go out there anyway) and a chair was inconveniently placed in front of the heater but other than that, nothing wrong.

I stay often and Im always on 2nd floor ...sometimes theres a heavy cleaner smell .The rooms are kept quit cool so it takes a bit to warm up and the bathroom floor stays cold for a long time ...

it was easy to navigate, the parking lot & walkways are well maintained. all of my requests were already in the room (extra pillows & blankets.) The rooms were very clean & the staff were all happy to help me find places to eat & shop.

there weren’t any USB plug ins (in the lamps or in the alarm clock) but that was the ONLY thing I was relying on that wasn’t available.

Rooms were comfortable, clean, and roomy. The staff exceptional. All our needed were accommodated. .

Thought it was going to be more secluded in location. The outside park/sitting area was smaller than the advertised picture portrayed. The toilet didn't want to fill and the pipe before the showerhead spayed all over. Although these two things were corrected right away. The wifi signal poor in this area.

Our room was clean, comfy and roomy. The breakfast was delicious with hot options as well as grab and go items. The staff was exceptionally accommodating.

It was by a very busy intersection barely off I-5. However, it was surprisingly quiet with easy access to many attractions in the area.

Easy Check in... Staff is always Friendly.. Beds Are comfy , its very quiet and the Rooms are big parking is easy the area has lots of food to choose from and 3 gas stations close by

Im always on the 2nd floor ...The heat isnt kept on in the room so its pretty chilly upon arrival takes about 30- 40min to warm room and 2 hrs to warm bathroom

How happy we are that the staff accommodate us with the request we ask for. Like the location. The building is very well taken care of. We come to visit our daughter and family that live in La Center so it is close to them.

No complaints or concerns. Every thing was great!

Sometimes you just need a clean bed and a hot shower. Ok, sometimes you also need a cold fridge, wifi and decent TV. This hotel had all of it, plus the lovely seating area overlooking the river. Lovely and peaceful after a long day working at an event at ilani.
