Rachel at the front desk was absolutely incredible. Her customer service skills are spot on.

Not the hotels issue, but we weren’t expecting to stay at this hotel, the booking service stated that this hotel was only 8.9 miles from Ridgefield amphitheater which is where my kids were at for a concert, so being the closet hotel with a pool for an amazing price was great. Come to find out we had to travel 37 miles away from where it said it was located. But it was worth the extra miles and in the opposite direction. We will definitely stay there again!

We felt bad for the evening agent as she was alone at one of the busiest times with phone ringing; people at the counter. Give RACHEL a Pay Raise! She stayed calm and friendly! PLEASE have 2 agents in the evening! Our room key wouldn't work 90% of the time so we had to keep bothering the agent to get a new key.

It was a cute little hotel that was nestled a little bit away from the road, so quiet but still convenient. Staff were tremendous. I enjoyed the complimentary cookies and the fact there was a fridge and microwave in the room.

No real complaints. I do prefer the light switch for the washroom to be IN the washroom instead of outside (half to turn it on before you close the door).

It was very quiet even though it was near a major Hwy through town. Nice variety of food fir breakfast. Comfortable beds. Had both a microwave & a refrigerator. Our room was set up with shower bars for older people which we needed. Friendly staff.

Very clean, great breakfast selection and length of time breakfast was provided. The bed was very comfortable. The toiletries provided were great. The employees including the front desk and cleaning staff were extremely friendly and helpful.

Staff was friendly upon arrival and also when I went in for breakfast. The breakfast was one of the best that I’ve seen at a hotel. They also had an indoor pool and hot tub that I did not use but saw a family enjoying. Room was comfortable and spacious with all the amenities needed.

The staff was really friendly and accommodating We loved the breakfast and definitely recommended the maple cinnamon waffles! Our room was also clean, which is very important to me.

Our bathroom left much to be desired. The drywall around the top of the shower was peeling and there was almost a hole in the wall from water damage. The shower handle was loose, so temperature wad hard to control.

The room I got was very big. Everything was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I got an adjoining room and I could hear the other guests on the other side of the door pretty well. The heater smelled funny when turned on. Also, for this price I would hope to have actual duvets, not just the cover and a sheet. Other than that it was decent.

The hotel was great, just affected by location relative to WA. not the hotel's fault, but there are NO bridges to WA anywhere nearby so if you book this hotel based purely on a map (as the crow flies), you might be disappointed to have to drive way down to Portland or way up to Rainier just to go across the Columbia River. Plan ahead -- the scenery is gorgeous and the towns are quaint.

the staff was so friendly and accommodating. breakfast was yummy . the whole hotel was decorated with Halloween decorations loved it

the rooms did not look like the pictures that are shown. the inside of hotel looked old and a bit outdated. the room was gloomy and bathroom looked like paint was just thrown on top of more paint.
