Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The woman who alone makes breakfast did an especially great job. The food was very good.

Coffee machine was broken the entire 6 nights we were there Stupid smoker causing a fire outside by the trash can that burned part of the building, causing evacuation. What do handicapped do when not on the ground floor? It was difficult for my daughter to use the stairs as she normally needs a walker to walk. Location is easy to find from PDX.

Breakfast was great, staff was great, very clean facilities and location was perfect. It was around anything and everything we needed. We stayed in the Double King Suite and it was a huge suite with two rooms and each with their own bathroom! Perfect for our family as my parents were with us so they had their own room and bathroom. Beds were very comfy and a/c worked great! Price was just tight too. If your staying with extended family, or just need privacy and want two rooms in one suite, this is the room for you!! I highly recommend it!

The elevator took forever. That was literally the only problem we had. It worked, but was very slow so we took the stairs most of the time.

The front desk person Cheryl was cheerful, accommodating and just a pleasure to have as the first impression after a long day traveling. The room was clean and bed was super comfy. Breakfast was great, convenient and something for everybody. The lady who was the solo breakfast person Fri.-Tues. was amazing! Extremely hard working, pleasant and attentive with requests. Later, I see her vigorously washing all the lobby floors after the breakfast service. She is a great asset to the hotel. The pool was clean and warm. Overall a great experience

The windows were not in good shape and allowed a lot of traffic noise, even though I was on the opposite side of the freeway. Nothing was plugged in so I had to move the beast of a dresser to plug the TV, Microwave and fridge. The TV controller had no guide so I pressed one channel at a time which took about a 10 count to bring up each station. Frustrating! The new k-cup coffee dispensers are a big fail! I tried 2. Nothing worked. Then, my last day, there was a front desk gentleman who explained that there are no pumps in the new machines, so you have to pump the handle in order to have it brew. Strange. I tried, still no in room coffee. Still don't know how to work them. Why someone would invest in machines that need a manual to operate? Beyond me. Thank goodness for lobby coffee!

Everything, we have been to this location before and it was okay, this time theu went above and beyond for us. My father in law having to be taken off life support they were very friendly and under standing. They even didn't charge us for our dog that was unexpectedly joining us as my mother in law was dog sitting when she was told she needed to go to OHSU. The gentleman that was working that night was very concerned and helpful. Definitely will be coming back!

The young lady at the front desk 9-01-23 was awesome. She greeted us with a smile and was so helpful with our son/daughter-in-law and grandkids after a horrible experience at another hotel they had booked.

The only downside was the fact that they were doing some remodeling work. But it’s hard to criticize someone for taking care of the property.

The breakfast offered great options! It's a great location. Super close to the Vancouver Mall! Great stay for my elderly and disabled mother. Would recommend and definitely stay again! Free parking and although we didn't have pets, it's a pet friendly facility. The coffee machine in the lobby was amazing!!

Our stay was safe and quiet. I want to emphasize SAFE!!! Take that Portland area motels! This place is doing it right, no riff raff or homeless camps here. This motel still looks and smells new. Price was cheaper compared to others and it's within a few blocks to Vancouver Mall. That means you have endless choices for restaurants near by, just make sure you leave room for breakfast here. We will definitely be back. Thank you!!!

The staff was awesome, breakfast yummy and the staff kept it well stocked and tidy the whole time, the beds were comfy, room clean. I used the fridge and the microwave.

I would have liked a bigger, updated bathroom, and the stopper on the tub didn’t stay down so I couldn’t give my kids a bath.

The staff were very friendly & helpful. They went above and beyond & made the difference for our schedule. Tysm! The free airport shuttle is one of the main reasons we booked this hotel & that all worked out well for us!

Very pleasant stay. The free breakfast was good. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean.

We didn't like the bathroom setup where there was no sink in the bathroom. If you wanted to use the sink with a mirror you had to be in the main room. The pillows were on the small side, and it was tough to pick one of the 4 that was the least thick.
