The owner is actually involved with the day-to-day business like a which I personally like being a past business owner and even got to know him a little bit very smart and passionate guy about business I need to listen to people more
The customer service was okay . Needs some improvement . My word of advice is to just be compassionate and listen to customers, because you don't know what they've been through before they chose your hotel. Sometimes all they want is to smile and a warm place to sleep

Great location. Friendly staff.Good somewhat secure parking. Clean comfortable beds.
I like to shave using soap to lather up. However there was no solid soap.Shower gel does not cut it. Had to use shampoo. You get only 2 coffee packs even if you stay 2 or 3 days.

The room was clean and comfortable. My grandkids had a wonderful time in the pool! The staff was friendly and accommodating. The location was easy to find and close to all that we needed. We had such a good time that we stayed an extra night!
The only thing I didn't like was that the jacuzzi was down for repairs...
