Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Vancouver Mall-Portland Area, an IHG Hotel

Location was great! Room was newly remodeled and done very well. I loved the housekeeping...room was always clean and tidied and had all the supplies I needed. Staff was friendly.

I did not care for breakfast. Few choices. Downstairs I think has not been remodeled and needs it. Pool was small and unappealing. No bar or anything like that. Location was great.

Though the property was under heavy construction, the building was clean, the room was well maintained and staff were pleasant and very helpful. We look forward to seeing the end result of the efforts being put into this location.

The only thing I would think could be a little better was that breakfast could go a little longer just a half hour. When on vacation I like to sleep in.

The beds were very comfortable, the breakfast was abundant. I felt like we got such a good deal for a reasonable price.

We called one week before the trip to confirm we needed the sofa-bed made and a crib, and again at checkin. The staff was reassuring, but didn't follow through. It still wasn't made up at 2am when we returned to the hotel from the airport, and we had to go get the sheets from the lobby and make it ourselves. Everything else about the stay was excellent.

Friendly staff. Great breakfast. Comfortable beds. easy parking. Close to the mall - walking distance. DVD library with DVD player in our room. Nice! Room, staff, breakfast and accommodations were above and beyond.

Someone put coffee grounds in the place for water in the Kurig coffee maker in our room - breaking it. Front desk staff were very nice & apologetic.

We enjoyed the use of the pool and Hot Tub. We enjoyed the full breakfast that was provided. Great Service all the way around.

The current remodel made parking a little tough, and the outside a little messed up, but that's the cost of progress.

Rooms were clean and comfortable

Granddaughter wanted to go to the Pool but she noticed the water wasn't clean we took a look it was rather Murkey so she didn't use it. In the dining room on the lamp was thick dust but area where food was all clean food was good. Everything thing else was pretty clean room was clean . We had to change rooms cause TV didn't work so they moved us.

The staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a comfortable stay. Mia was so lovely and caring, and the ladies at the reception were fantastic.

There was no water in the room or fridge. I wouldn't mind even paying for it if it was there. I would wake up at night thirsty.

Location was perfect for our needs. The room was bigger than expected and very comfortable! The woman at the front desk was exceptionally friendly and helpful. The kids absolutely loved their chats with her.

Only complaint is that the halls to the elevators are pretty cramped so if you have any claustrophobia issues, you will be very uncomfortable waiting.

Breakfasts were excellent!. The young lady setting out food & drink (and timely resupplying when needed) did an excellent job. Also, she was cleaning/sanitizing the food and tables area regularly and rapidly. Best food and drink set up/layout and service I have seen!

Nothing. Everything was outstanding.

I liked that I was more quieter, had working elevator nice rooms and very comfortable beds.

I put request for conjoing rooms, we were on different floors, pool was really cold, my daughter said sofa bed very uncomfortable, bathtub hard to get in due to some disability issues, and didn't get disability access room.
