The room was great, pool and spa was great and the staff continued to add towels even late at night which I thought was amazing.

I did not like that we had to pay for breakfast. It was $12.95 for adults and $8 for children. The selection was not great (didn’t taste great either) and for kids that only wanted bacon and juice, fruit it was crazy. For the price of the hotel which was pretty expensive it should have been included unless the breakfast was being cooked fresh.

Rooms are comfortable and spacious. The indoor pool was an absolute must, we were celebrating my daughter’s birthday. The front desk service was very friendly and accommodating.

I really wish the ice machine on the 4th floor was working. I wish also that breakfast didn’t cost extra. I wish it wasn’t so hot in the pool area, it made leaving this area extremely cold to go back to the room.

The bar and restaurant on site were top notch. Great food and drinks

We did get there a little before checkout time and our room wasn't ready so we had to wait in the lobby. But the hotel was full for a softball tournament so I'm sure that's why they were having trouble getting the rooms cleaned as quickly as they normally would.

The hotel was very nice! Staff were amazing and super friendly!!! The location is convenient for shopping and dining. Easy on/off interstate access.

The mattress was firmer than I like, but was still comfortable. Also, it was a little off putting that there was a strip club on the same lot.

Everything about my stay here was excellent! The staff, the cleanliness of the hotel over all, the accomodations, the room and the pool and hot tub. I always come back here when i stay in Barboursville, Wv

Location is great for shopping, eating and see our family we were visiting. The second day the front desk lady was very helpful. She took the time to search for our rewards number and took care of our points for our stay.

When checking in the person did not want to take the time help us find our Marriott Rewards number in order for us to receive our points.

Everything was great! The room was spacious for the whole family, the pool and hot tub were amazing and everything was very nice.

There was a bit of confusion with our room when we got there, the suites were overbooked and we absolutely needed the 2 queen beds and sofa bed for our family of 6. Our room was perfect and we got free breakfast for the mix up.

I have always liked this property. Liked the room overall.

My husband wished they offered coffee and to be charged a fee that I would later be reimbursed for without telling me was annoying. Overall good experience.

Room comfort, staff excellent

Breakfast buffet very poor, cold, undercooked Dinner, they tried very hard, but while parts of the meal were excellent, other items either over or underdone. Staff wonderful, though!

Staff was great. Assisted with changing my room rate to military rate while visiting family; gave me an extra blanket; made checking in and out a breeze.

My room didn’t have a comforter the first night- I had to ask the front desk for one. My bath room had lights flickering. Additionally, the bathroom paint was beginning to peel from all the steam and hot water from the shower (over time). All three are quick and easy fixes. Room 130
