Room was comfortable. We booked last minute on our trip to Myrtle and this hotel was extremely accommodating for our arrival at 2am. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was adequate. Most of the staff was extremely nice and the room was definitely clean. Great location (right near Tamarack).

Breakfast was fairly lacking. They only had oatmeal, one type of cereal, and a few pastries. Coffee was available but no tea and creamer was not to be found. We went down late for breakfast and had to ask for them to refill the milk as it was out from previous travelers. One of the staff members stared a little creepily during breakfast but the one who replaced him was extremely nice.

Didn’t make it to breakfast (slept in); so can’t speak to that. Staff was friendly. Check in/out was easy. Room was small, but clean & attractive; and met my needs. Bed was very comfortable. Good location as it was right along the interstate and not far off the exit. Near plenty of restaurants. Price point was right in the middle as compared to other hotels in the immediate area.

Elevator function was slow and noisy in a way that made me nervous, so I took the stairs after riding it once. Would have liked an informational TV/channel guide, area guide, and hotel guide in the room. Would have liked check out to be at noon as opposed to 11am. Maybe a hook on the back of bathroom door. Wasn’t a really good place to hang some things up (like a dress or a suit).

Staff was Very Friendly and Helpful! They must have been the Owners or Management. You could tell they have a true concern, commitment and Pride in the comfort of their Guests and the Presentation of the Hotel and the Breakfast Area. I must admit, I was surprisingly impressed. The Room was VERY small, but that was all we needed. I guess that suits it for the name Micro... but it was neat, clean and looks like it may have been recently renovated. I will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

No complaints! The only issue we had was with the keys not working more than one use, but they were quick to correct and re-issue new ones.

It was obvious that the hotel had been updated - I liked all the outlets and USB ports The rooms were small but adequate

We had a fire alarm go off around 11:15pm- The staff had burned toast- The concerning part is that they turned away the fire dept- Told them not to respond. while we waited for a manger to come reset the alarm. The fire dept should NEVER have been called off- It is up to them to clear it and decide if the building was safe to return to. NOT Happy with how this was handles

I come here every three months to meet up with my family and we love it here. My son is autistic and they are so patient with him. They are very friendly and if I needed to know directions or where a good place to eat was they would tell me where to go they are very knowledgeable. They have put a lot of money in the place. Its all updated.

The time before last we were there they remodeled the pool so we couldn't swim but that wasn't their fault. It was open the last time we went.

I loved the lay out of the room. It was very clean, and I liked the hooks to hang purse and jacket on. They had a nice breakfast selection. My bed was very comfortable, and I slept well. I look forward to staying here again when traveling this way. Thank you for your hospitality.

No hair dryer or coffee pot in room. But they had coffee ready in the am.

Friendly, motivated, and helpful hotel staff! This property was recently updated. In addition to clean, newly decorated rooms, the common areas ( lobby, pool area, stairwells) were in great shape also.

The outside needs to be landscaped.

Over all stay was OK. Muffins and rolls were exceptional good.

Lady at check-in was very nice, but did not know location of our room. Breakfast was very lacking in hot foods. Bed was soft, narrow and not a full queen.

Staff was great. Room was clean. We had read the reviews prior and they were not good. We then found they had remodeled and everything was great.

I know this is trivial, but the TV viewing was poor. The selection was minimal.

No coffee maker in the room. Deluxe description said it had a coffee maker, I thought. Not a fan of no service and having to go ask for clean towels. Brand new shower door improperly installed, rubber seal already coming off causing it to drag.
