The place was very well kept and clean, the staff was great! If you are in the area and need a clean room, on the cheep side, this is the place. We lived in this hotel for almost a month dealing with a family emergency. The staff was always accommodation and helped us with anything we asked for. Wonderful people! I would like to thank them all for everything they did for my family and I.

The only place that I would say I didn't like it the free breakfast. Of course anything "free" is great, but I would love to see this place improve their breakfast. There are plenty of breakfast options near by and a nice coffee house. I would recommend a partnership with those local restaurants to either bring products in or a discount to go to their locations.

The staff was very kind .. checking in was very easy ,, The hotel housekeeper was very nice and accommodated us by answering any questions we had before we left .. She was very kind .. Loved that we could just leave our key card for the room on the dresser so we didn't have to worry about going down to return it .. Great when your traveling and got all your things to worry about .. lol.. just one less worry to me ..

I think all rooms in hotels should provide more towels and wash rags , us personally we take a shower when we get there and another before we leave .. well 2 people that's 1 for body and one( for us women anyway )for our hair .. Then that leaves my husband with a hand towel ... And no clean towels for the next morning before checkout ... Also the burn holes in comforters , when they look bad like that even at home I get rid of them , so why would someone want to pay to sleep with burn holes in the blankets in a room I'm renting for a night or actually we stayed 2 nights in a row second night without the discount from the site ... Other than those things .. I still would highly recommend this establishment to anyone I know ..

The front desk were very personable and helpful. Check in didn't any time at all which was appreciated very much after a long drive . I had a room near a door which made it easy to take my dogs in and out. I liked that the hotel was close to parks so my dogs and I were able to get out and walk.

The pool didn't match the picture on Booking.com. It was very small. Exiting from the premises was horrible . The breakfast buffet was disappointing but there were several good places very close to hotel where one could get breakfast.

The hotel was clean and the staff were friendly. We were able to bring our Pup.

I had requested a connecting room for our party of 5 since we had a dog and a toddler with us. I called a few days to confirm and was assured we would be put in the connecting rooms. When we checked in, we were told the person in the connecting room did not check out. Great for him that he was able to stay there even though it was already reserved, inconvenient for me and my family.

It was an okay property. The vestibule and lobby definitely need a face lift. The hallways and rooms look like they have been renovated but the other areas seems sad and depressing. The few people I did meet were okay, barley spoke to you.

Room keys!!! I was traveling with family but they didn’t want ID’s of anyone who was going to be in my room. And when I wasn’t there my party could just go up and get a room key, and they didn’t ask “who’s in the room” nothing just gave them a key. Which makes me think that any random person could have come in and asked for a key to my room. Other than that the room was clean and pleasant, and if I needed to book again, I probably would.

Lots of space in the bathroom. Plenty of space to put your personal items. Comfortable bed and plenty of pillows. WiFi and cable tv. Had a small refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer and coffee/ coffee maker.

Not very clean. Had the wipe everything down with disinfectant wipes. But for the price of my stay, I decided to be okay with that..

the room was bigger than I thought it would be. We were in town for a funeral and were able to check in early and get ready in the hotel room which i really appreciated. Also very happy there was an iron and ironing board in the room because my brother packed in a back pack and needed to get the wrinkles out.

the cereal was a little stale at breakfast, but I was just happy there was something my kids would eat. The halls smelled heavily of smoke even though it seemed all of the rooms were designated as non-smoking. Also not a huge issue for me, but might be for other guests, there is not an elevator, so if you are on the second floor you will have to carry your bags up the stairs.

... the mini fridge helped keep our cold food at the right temp .. we were so tired we forgot to turn the air on in the room ... the complimentary breakfast was better then what they offered at the extended stay America one we had in TN .. evening staff was helpful..

The remote to the tv was a pain for us otherwise we had a good experience despite not being abled to use our own pillows .. the toilet lid was broken where it was attached to the toilet otherwise great experience ..

Breakfast was minimal. The location for eating was baren. The bed was wonderful and the mattress exceptional. The staff was welcoming.

I would have like some hot scrambled eggs for breakfast as well as a little more roomy space for eating. I would like to have gotten a copy of my receipt at check-out. It is not in my email box as expected but I have not checked my gmail. It may be there.
