The hotel was very clean. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The breakfast is complimentary and has a good variety. Right off the exit and conveniently located with lots of things available around. Our room had a good size fridge, stove top, microwave, small dishwasher and a table with chairs. I wasnt expecting any of that because it wasnt listed on booking. It was a great surprise, especially with a child.We will 100% stay again!

Parking was tight. The hotel was at max capacity and we ended up parking on the side of the lot. But that's the only thing.

The room was surprisingly spacious and full of amenities that surprised us like fridge, stove, microwave, and even a dishwasher. The room had a comfortable eating area for two. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was very good.

The shower door was poor and did not keep water from leaking onto the floor. We had to put 2 towels down after the first shower. The white shower floor has a non slip surface that has accumulated dirt over time and creates an area that is much darker where people generally stand. This king of grossed us out and made us wear sandals into the shower to avoid possible athlete's foot etc.

Our room was very roomy; it was handicap accessible, although we didn’t request that. There was a living room and kitchenette. Very clean and quiet. Outdoor seating areas were available. Surrounding area upscale and new with some chain restaurants nearby. Easy access to Interstate.

The breakfast offerings were above average, but most of the items were nearly gone and cooled off. No one seemed to be checking and refilling the food items.

The room was very comfortable. , The staff was great, they were very friendly and helpful. We had to have them help us several times. With getting into our room and the TV.

We had trouble with the key to get into our room. Had to have someone to give us another card the 1st one would not open the door. The TV would not work we had to get someone to fix it for us.

The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and a great size!

The staff was fine but not openly friendly. I went to get breakfast and the staff was standing around all talking and did not acknowledge me. I felt uncomfortable as if I was imposing on a group conversation. They were not rude but did not have phenomenal customer service interactions. Also the bathroom fan was TOO loud.

Very accommodating—I am a travel ER RN who completed an assignment in NY and was traveling home to FL; during our drive through WV, we were hit by another vehicle and caused my SUV to be totaled. With everything occurring within a couple of hours, I was able to attain a hotel room and check-in earlier than scheduled to get my family into a room for the night—as we were 13 hours from home/help. The staff was very understanding! I also was able to see accommodations of fellow travel nurses who are also staying at the location—the ER (when asked) raved about the property and their assistance with the hospital stay. If ever in WV, I will gladly stay again—as well as, promote the location to others; thank you again!

The staff were really helpful. The facilities are modern and neat. Easily accessible from the highway.

Food was left from previous guests in the fridge. Made you wonder if the room was really cleaned properly. Also , there was noisy cleaning of the hallways in the middle of the night.

having the market was very convenient especially at night when you didn’t want to go anywhere, very clean as well

the blow dryer was crappy, recommend bringing your own , if you like a firm pillow I would bring one as well.

It was birthday and the hotel could not have been any better. Staff was very nice and the room was great. Loved the shower and all the other comforts of home.

I could not figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room. May want to possibly provide information on how to operate. Or it could have been me :)

this property is conveniently located off the highway, close to a few restaurants, yet quiet and overlooks a beautiful setting. it was super clean, even the TV remote was stored in a plastic bag, the room was spacious and front desk staff very welcoming. we travel often between SC and NY so this hotel is one we will definitely reserve again,

can’t think of anything negative.
