Exactly what I needed after a long drive. I stayed overnight on a road trip to visit my sister in KY, driving from CT. The room was clean, bed was comfy, hotel was quiet and had the coffee I wanted on the way out in the AM. Free parking on site,

The lobby area was under construction due to a water main break and that information wasn’t available prior to booking. For me it didn’t matter due to the nature of my stay but it may have been an inconvenience to others as it was unexpected. It was also a little confusing upon arrival because the main entrance was closed and initially I wasn’t sure how to get into the building to check in upon arrival. There were no signs directing guests so I just kind of drove around the building and found the door that was open. Again, not a big deal for me as property was small and easy enough to figure out.

I like the fact the property is located across the street from the prison, I was able to visit my love one on time

They just need new mattress and they shouldn’t allow pets because someone who had my room before I did you can smell the dog and I have bad allergies; but I always travel with my cleaning supplies

I like that it is close to where my husband is located and the staff makes you feel at home

The room that I stayed in toilet was very loose and the tub had dog hair because it is a pet friendly hotel. But I always bring my own cleaning products to clean my room even if it looks clean

Dog friendly. We liked the breakfast very much. Waffle maker. bagels with cream cheese, and more. Nice size room with plenty of space for our dog's crate. We were close to the exit door at the end of the hallway which was convenient with our dog.

something had fallen under the bed and it was filthy. Not enough towels. Extremely low volume on TV. Nowhere to eat.

My wife forgot her purse in the room, and they called us and we had a relative pick it up. The people at the front desk were always friendly and smiling.

We stayed on the 1st floor, and carpet seemed damp.

Easy to get to, close to places/activities

The late night check in was horrible, had wait over an hour to be able to check into our room..... room keys (cards) took forever to unlock the door, had to reinsert numerous times to get the door to unlock

Clean, nice, quiet. I especially liked the window bench in my room - made it stylish and cozy.

The breakfast options were not that plentiful: just waffles, pastries and hard boiled eggs. and the coffee was just bad.

Handicap shower, accessible with my wheelchair, very clean, good breakfast, nice staff, accommodations were very clean and very comfortable... will be staying there now once a month now!!! Highly recommend

I was a little dissappointed in breakfast, expecting a bit more of a selection, eggs, toast, etc. Other than that, the room was clean and comfortable, up to date an had all the amenities I needed for the one night I spent there.

Breakfast could have been a little better, with something a little more than bagels, cereal, waffles, and toast. Also, this hotel is in the middle of nowhere with nothing except a gas station nearby and vending machines inside so if you need food it needs to be brought or expect a bit of a drive.

We have been stopping here for years, even during Co-vid. We were taking a new travel route on this trip between Kentucky and New York, and looked for options - this was still the best.
