The location of the property was great. We booked the hotel due to the close proximity of the hospital. Excellent breakfast and very nice staff. Super accommodating. Nice parking lot. Spacious room.

They did not have an USB ports for charging your electronics. Make sure you have your charging block. Also as I was taking a shower I noticed a used wash cloth on top of the shower curtain rod. Probably just and accident but was cringe worthy to say the least.

The breakfast buffet was awesome. The clerk at the front desk was amazing. ( Sorry I don't recall her name)

The dishes in the room were still dirty in the dishwasher. The coffee pot was dirty, and there was no trash bag in the trash can under the sink I was promised 3000 points for my inconvenience but never received any

it’s right by the Medical Center & WVU Mountaineer Stadium, shopping, restaurants….Parking free & convenient. it had a nice patio off the lobby that guests were enjoying. Breakfast was very good.

no complaints. it’s currently being renovated & I was assigned a room that was finished(very nice). I was concerned when I found out it was being renovated, but I wasn’t inconvenienced in any way.

Breakfast was good and management did a good job creatively figuring out how to serve while abiding by Covid safety measures. The room was very clean and well appointed. Bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. Loved having a full size fridge.

Extremely nice staff. We had a suite. It was roomy, the kitchenette was very nice, the furniture and bed were comfortable and it had a very nice shower.

exceptional. quiet. clean. excellent staff who are extremely helpful, thoughtful and kind. i felt very taken care of. and this was probably one of my top three travel experiences within the last few years.

there was nothing I did not enjoy about the property. i have not one negative comment - and I am extremely picky.

I had a procedure the next morning after we checked in and the distance to the hospital was amazing. I was in car for like 3 minutes tops. I definitely will stay here again when I have my surgery

We like the room size and the bed was very comfortable.

The shower was not cleaned properly. There was someone hair still on the shower wall. We asked for it to be cleaned but it was not. We checked in Friday night and we left on Sunday the hair was still there.

Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. The kitchen in our room made our stay easy and relaxing. Having a room we could cook instead of going out to eat was awesome. The dishwasher and coffee pot was nice too.

Wasn't too much I did not like. Nothing worth writing about.

The room was very spacious and clean. And, the location was directly across from the hospital. Breakfast was excellent. We couldn't have asked for more.
