Room spacious, clean and comfortable. Patio was a bonus.

Only one roll of TP available. No where was it written who to call for Xtra tp or towels. Breakfast opening at 9 is late in my opinion for hotel guests. Would be nice to have working available vending machines. Mountaineer is not handicap friendly as it forces customers to walk around the long way to get to various places. Lots of doorways locked. Major walk to get to restaurants from the casino floor and also to get to the lodge.

I like the comfort and overall appearance of the hotel. The spa, gift shop, and swimming pool were all located in easy-to-find locations. The restaurant selection during the day was great. The room was very clean and comfortable.

I didn't like the food options for late at night. Since the casino was open late, I thought I would be able to get hot food, instead only deli-style foods were available. I also didn't like that I had to show my ID each time I entered the casino, having a stamp or band would have been better.

Accommodating check-in staff. Lady who signed us up for players cards was super helpful and friendly. Food was very good-especially the tuna salad. The ladies in the two cafes in which we ate we're wonderful. I LOVE that your casino is dog-friendly.

The man in the players card sign up "cage" made a questionable off-color sexual remark to me. No, I did not initiate that tone, nor did I speak to him prior to him making the comment. Two of the better restaurants were closed. There was no drink menu at the bar on the casino floor. The bartender suggested I walk to the restaurant, look at the menu, walk back, and tell her which drink I'd like. There should be a drink menu at every bar.

Breakfast good. Room very nice. Bed and bedding comfortable.

Got charged for a movie that we didn't watch. I apparently pushed the wrong button. The lady at the desk took some time, but, she said she understood and removed it and gave me a new price with the reduction. But, when I got home, the charge that the hotel charged was the original charge with the movie included .

. Very nice Hotel, room was spacious and comfortable. I brought my dog and was happy to see that there were plenty of places to walk her, I was also traveling with my mom, so I was concerned about her safety Overall I felt safe there. Stafff was wonderful!

Shower knob was old and broken, was hard control the water temperature. No USB plugs in the room, I didn't bring a square so I had to go buy one

I was thrilled with the folks that work here...both in the casino and the resort. I was traveling alone so was extra vigilant for safety reasons. Felt very safe, staff made me feel at home. I want to take my husband next time.

The only negative is the only place to go in the area is the casino but they have everything to keep you entertained and fed.

It was very clean and great personality of the staff, they were very helpful for us since it was the first time we stayed there. Also since it was the first time that we played at the casino. Great helpful staff. The customer service lady in the high rolling area, went and got our membership cards for us. It was great that she did that.

There wasn’t enough places to eat around there except what was in the resort to eat

We liked how friendly everyone was the staff

More things to do during the week my vacation was Monday through Friday I would have gone to the race track just to watch the horses warm up
