It's a beautiful place.

When we came back from our event there was no place to park. There were at least 4 pickup trucks with boats blocking each 4 spots in the back. Front staff told me I should park at Target. Not happy about that at all! When I checked out Ruth (who was at front desk in the evening) said no one listens! Really? The boaters should have been the ones parking next door not a mother and daughter! Might need to change your policy

This hotel is very conveniently placed amongst shopping areas but close to walking trails. I love to thrift, and there were two thrift sops across the street! It was comfortable enough and the brekky was basic but nice. The fitness center was clean and nice.

There's not much that I would add. It was a welcoming environment. It is your run-of-the-mill hotel, but nice for a night or two.

easy access & close to a place that I can get provisions. Award incident after check in(see below) but Vihar Patel was very kind & made things right. Vihar is a great front desk clerk and an asset to the company! I also met the audit & daytime clerk & they were nice as well.

Long day driving only to be given a dirty room. I understand that it was someone’s error that it was marked as clean. the front desk only knows what they’re told from housekeeping.

Breakfast was delicious, good selection

We booked thru booking.com and ended up paying considerably more than if we had just booked thru the hotel itself. I thought booking.com was supposed to get us a BETTER rate. That was very disappointing.

The staff was great, super helpful! They were all very pleasant and eager to help with a smile on their faces. Someone was alway at the front desk. The house keeping staff were very good, as well as the staff running the breakfast area. Everything was very clean and well kept, inside and out.

Room was very nice and clean.

Was told that we could check in early then couldn't. Wasn't told there was a extra charge for early check in. Shouldn't have to get charged for it when I didn't check in until later

The breakfast, the bar, the bed and 4 pillows. Love that there is a Keurig in your room.

The shower was a little dirty. The hotel looks nice until you get on the elevator which looks trashy compared to the rest of the place.

trying to get in and out of hotel was difficult due to high volume traffic. hotel deactivated my room card after the first night even though I was there for 2.

Weekend rate adjustment for a weekly booking. When a room rate is established for a weekly stay the rate should not be ratcheted up for the weekend. Due to water use concerns we generally don’t require a daily change of linens and towels. Staff was very accommodating regarding requests for additional soap and exchange of bath towels when needed. Please use a different supplier for breakfast sausage. It was terrible.

Clean and comfortable

Parking was not sufficient. It was suggested that I park next door in the Target parking lot when I back to the hotel at 230 am.
