Hampton Inn & Suites Chippewa Falls

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. They answered my questions, helped me wifi, and provided additional shampoo and body wash we requested. I liked that the facility used large dispensers for bath products, cutting down on waste. The room itself was spacious, and the beds were comfy! The free breakfast had great variety and everything was delicious.

The only negative was that the ac was difficult to regulate, but it wouldn't deter me from going back.

Cleanliness, usual great breakfast , comfortable beds. laundry. Also liked the glass of wine purchased at the little supplies area by the front desk!

Can"t think of anything I did not like except that the refrig doesn't have a frerzer compartment. The front desk man was very pleasant. The usual quality found at Hampton Inns was in evidence here and the price was not too exorbitant as it has become at other HI locations. In general, the chain has priced itself out of my range.

This was a very nice hotel. The people were friendly, our room was very nice and quiet, the breakfast options were numerous and although it was a little difficult to find, it was a nice place to stay.

As usual, the lighting in the rooms could be better but that's true of almost every hotel.

We liked that the location was close to the place/event we needed. However, the freeway traffic noise was annoying. The room and "Welcome" on the tv screen was very nice. The room was very clean and just the right size for my husband and me.

The biggest problem was the room temperature was cold and we were unable to adjust it. The bed quilt was too heavy to be comfortable.

The hotel was easily accessed off the highway and had several food options within walking distance or a short drive. Staff helpful and gave us a list of restaurants, highlighting the closest. It was clean and comfortable. Nice large bathroom and shower. Great water pressure.

One of the USB ports didn’t function. No hot tub. No hot breakfast yet ( Covid), yet many other hotels we’ve stayed at recently had many more options again.

This hotel far exceeded our expectations. Jamie, Shanda and Stephanie were simply outstanding! Even though the pool was not open, everything else was simply fabulous. We will definitely spread the word and stay there again when we're in the area

Everything was comfortable. Breakfast was great. Very nice place

The hotel was very nice. I thought it was a little pricey, but Octoberfest was in town so I think thats why we paid so much. It was very nice though. Although the kids wanted to swim and the pool was closed more than it was open.

Everything was very clean and the staff were very friendly.

Asked for the top floor and was put on 2nd. Of course, there were some rude, loud people above us.

The breakfast is amazing, the pool is a perfect size and set up for children. The staff were very kind and accomodating.

The beds were not the very comfortable. Everything else was perfect!!

There's plenty to like at the hotel, as the staff was exceedingly friendly, the room was very clean, and the exercise room was expansive and well-maintained.

While the hotel's location near a highway offers easy access, it means some traffic noise throughout the night.
