This was the nicest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. very clean and spacious king bed room. Loved the design of mini kitchen with refrigerator, sink, dishes and utensils. Gorgeous walk in shower, bright and cheery bathroom, carpet and sofa bed were very clean. It was just across the road from Oakwood Mall which was very convenient. The staff was very helpful, courteous. I loved this hotel and look forward to staying in others across the country.

It’s not that I didn’t like it, but I didn’t think there was much of a variety of breakfast choices. I’m keto so I don’t eat waffles or bread or cereal. Eggs and sausage would have helped but I guess that’s what restaraunts ate for.

Very clean and spacious property. Our room had 2 Queen beds & sofa bed for 3 Adults in family. Spacious room with big bathroom and kitchen with real dishes, even a dishwasher! Great included breakfast and 24 hour coffee/tea/hot chocolate. Staff were friendly & professional. Great location across from Mall and near lots of good stores/food. Definitely would stay here again & recommend this hotel.

The pool looked small, but was closed for chemical balancing while we stayed there, so can’t really say much.

Breakfast options were good. The second morning breakfast was limited due to a case being out of order so that was disappointing. Would have liked some add'l fresh fruit options and granola or granola bars. Also a different variety of herbal teas would have been nice, but made do with what was there.

Neighbor across the hall had a dog and it barked several times during the night, after "quiet" hours. Pillows were not as firm as we are used to so we didn't sleep as well as we would have liked, but overall the stay was positive. We would stay there again if we need to be in the area again.

This was a lovely place to stay, though a bit pricey. Room was fantastic, beds were comfy, breakfast was delicious with good variety, staff was awesome. Good location and they care about sustainability (no or few plastics, easy recycling, etc). Easy place to stay with a pet.

The pool left a lot to be desired (no hot tub and small).

The rooms were very comfortable. There was plenty of room to relax in and the kitchen area was very functional. The bed was hard.

The pool was pretty cold, One of the washing machines was not working. I would have liked to see some sort of gluten free bakery products at the breakfast.

Receptionist was not friendly and wasn't communicative. Ended up I have paid on line for the room on AMEx through the booking app and again on the Master card she took for incidentals. I did send a message to the hotel about this but haven't heard back

Very spacious and clean. Loved the kitchen and having a table to play games at. Layout was smart. Lobby/eating area was very comfortable and modern. Staff was super friendly and helpful!

Bathroom door was a slider on the outside wall that was not lockable and had a bit of a gap so privacy was an issue.

Very clean, great breakfast with plenty of options. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable.

To start, at check-in the front desk clerk was only giving me one room and I had to mention that I had reserved 2 rooms. Then he was going to give me 2 rooms on different floors of the hotel, so I also had to mention it again that we wanted both rooms close together on the same floor. While my preference to have our 2 rooms close together and on the same floor was eventually met checking in took over 20 minutes and then we had to wait almost 2 hours for the 2nd room to be cleaned.

Quiet,safe location. Newer property with great amenities we liked the laundry machines were set up so people can use the gym while doing laundry. The room was very clean, large and comfortable. We wish we could have a room like this to take on the rest of our trip.

wish there was a hand held shower not just a single shower head

Unhappy with Booking.com. I was charged for this hotel, despite making reservation for my family member. Hotel charged ONLY family member upon checkout, which was confirmed by your agent, Jhenel. Hotel did not have receipt of payment from Booking.com. I would like full refund, and have been waiting weeks!
